摘要: The present disclosure relates to an avalanche photodiode pixel including: a transistor adapted to be controlled by an enable signal having a first state for controlling the enabling of the pixel and a second state for controlling the disabling of the pixel, the transistor being configured to couple an avalanche photodiode of the pixel to a node of application of a substrate voltage when the enable signal is in the first state; and an output circuit adapted to be controlled by the enable signal and configured to provide a pixel output signal when the enable signal is in the first state and to block the pixel output signal when the enable signal is in the second state.

摘要: In some embodiments, a ToF sensor includes an illumination source module, a transmitter lens module, a receiver lens module, and an integrated circuit that includes a ToF imaging array. The ToF imaging array includes a plurality of SPADs and a plurality of ToF channels coupled to the plurality of SPADs. In a first mode, the ToF imaging array is configured to select a first group of SPADs corresponding to a first FoV. In a second mode, the ToF imaging array is configured to select a second group of SPADs corresponding to a second FoV different than the first FoV.

摘要: Surgical navigation systems and methods for tracking an object within an operating room involve a camera unit that houses a first stereoscopic sensing system and a second stereoscopic sensing system each comprising sensing elements adapted to sense light. A controller utilizes the first stereoscopic sensing system to sense light from the object and track the object according to a first resolution. The controller utilizes the second stereoscopic sensing system to sense light from the object and track the object according to a second resolution that is lower than the first resolution. The controller obtains data related to the object from the second stereoscopic sensing system and modifies control of the sensing elements of the first stereoscopic sensing system based on the obtained data related to the object.

摘要: The invention performs a processing for improving an image quality of a camera in a state where a sufficient link rate cannot be ensured. A controlling method for a camera includes an imaging sensor configured to acquire an imaging data, a signal processing unit configured to perform an image processing on the imaging data, a buffer into which data subjected to the image processing is written, and a format conversion unit configured to convert a format of data read from the buffer and transmit the data to a transmission path, wherein the controlling method includes a status prediction step of predicting a status of the buffer based on a readout rate of the imaging sensor and a link rate of the transmission path and generating a status prediction information, and an adjustment step of adjusting a content of the image processing according to the status prediction information.

The camera includes a controller to receive, from the image sensor, a plurality of sensor values indicative of a characteristic of light impinging on the plurality of sensor elements and generate, based on the plurality of sensor values, an image file including a plurality of pixels having a respective plurality of pixel values, wherein the plurality of pixels are associated with a respective plurality of pixel locations that represent a respective plurality of second image sensor locations. The plurality of second image sensor locations are within a circle and the image file does not include a pixel having a pixel location representing an image sensor location outside the circle and within a square in which the circle is inscribed.

摘要: The method processes a series of events received asynchronously from an array of pixels of an event-based light sensor. Each event of the series comprises an address of a pixel of the array from which the event is received, and an attribute value depending on incident light sensed by that pixel. The method comprises: storing a data structure in a first memory, the data structure including event data for at least some of the pixels of the array, the event data for a pixel being related to at least one event most recently received from said pixel; during a timeslot, building, in a second memory having a faster access than the first memory, a map for the pixels of the array as the events of the series are received, the map including an information element for each pixel of the array, the information element having one of a plurality of values including a nil value indicating an absence of event during the timeslot; and updating the data structure after the timeslot using the map.
