摘要： An audio/video recording and communication device configured as a doorbell has a housing with a support structure and a removable faceplate. A flexible translucent membrane of the faceplate supports a button aligned with a mechanical switch when the removable faceplate is attached to the housing such that a plurality of light emitting elements are positioned around the mechanical switch transmit light through the translucent membrane. A removable battery casing is configured to hold at least one battery and has a release button physically coupling with a detent of the support structure to retain the removable battery casing within the support structure. The removable battery casing may be removed from the device for recharging without removing the device from a surface on which it is mounted.

A diaphragm can be surface micro-machined onto an interior surface of the first PCB at a region having the one or more holes. Interface electronics can also be interconnected to the interior surface of the PCB. One or more spacer PCBs can be attached to a second PCB to the first PCB, such that appropriate interconnections between interconnect vias are made. The second PCB and first PCB with spacers in between can be attached so as to create a cavity in which the diaphragm and interface electronics are located.

摘要： An impedance matched resonant circuit uses inductors coupling an audio source and a speaker array in order to reduce feedback reflection induced by an audio signal traveling from the audio source to the array of speakers. An RC circuit could also be coupled to the positive and negative terminals of the speaker array to reduce the slope differential of the audio signal at certain frequencies. The circuit can be packaged together in a single module with switches to activate and deactivate portions of the circuit to alter the effectiveness of the circuit depending upon need.

The lantern includes a structural tube, a sleeve, a power source, a trip switch, at least one light emitter, at least one speaker, a microcontroller, and a base cap. The power source is electrically connected to the microcontroller. The microcontroller is in turn electronically connected to the light emitter(s), the speaker(s), and the trip switch. The electronic components are mounted within the structural tube. The structural tube is in turn housed within and telescopically engaged to the sleeve. The sleeve is closed off on one end by the base cap. The trip switch is externally mounted to the structural tube, located within the sleeve. In the extended configuration the trip switch activates the light emitter(s) and the speakers(s). Various tunes and sounds may be produced by the device, depending on the preferences of the user.
