    Abstract: A resin housing having an electronic component and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The resin housing includes an electronic component mounting film that includes a housing made of resin, a base film disposed along an inner surface of the housing, a circuit pattern layer formed on at least a surface opposite to a side of the housing of the base film, and an electronic component connected to the circuit pattern layer and mounted on a surface opposite to the side of the housing of the base film. The electronic component mounting film is integrated with the housing. An impact absorbing layer covers the electronic component of the electronic component mounting film and a periphery of the electronic component. The circuit pattern layer of the electronic component mounting film is not bent around a portion on which the electronic component is mounted.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a communication device for a hearing protection equipment which includes at least one earmuff, at least one loudspeaker and an audio input member, the device includes: a housing; a first mounting assembly rotatably arranged on the housing; a second mounting assembly arranged on the housing, the first mounting assembly and the second mounting assembly are releasably connected to two ends of the earmuff respectively; a microphone configured for capturing an audio; a radio transceiver configured for wirelessly transmitting the audio captured by the microphone to user and wirelessly receiving a wireless signal containing an audio from the user; and an audio output member communicated with the audio input member and configured for transmitting the wireless signal containing the audio to the at least one loudspeaker. The present disclosure further provides a system for connecting the communication device to the hearing protection equipment.

    Abstract: A piezoelectric sounding component includes a diaphragm that includes a metal plate and a piezoelectric body formed on the metal plate. The diaphragm bends and vibrates according to application of voltage to the piezoelectric body. A casing that includes a bottom wall, side walls, and a supporting portion to support the diaphragm in inside edge portions of the side walls. The side walls extending from edges of the bottom wall in a thickness direction and includes a first wall, a second wall positioned to face the first wall, and a third wall positioned between the first wall. Two or more terminals that are formed on the first wall or the third wall serve to apply voltage to the diaphragm. Two or more elastic adhesives join the side walls and the diaphragm between the two or more terminals and the diaphragm. Two or more conductive adhesives are formed on the two or more elastic adhesives and join the two or more terminals and the diaphragm. The diaphragm is supported by the supporting portion and accommodated in the casing so that a gap formed between the first wall and the diaphragm is smaller than a gap formed between the second wall and the diaphragm.
