    摘要: A bottle preform heating apparatus includes a cavity, a top cover and multiple heating lamps. A first receiving cavity and a second receiving cavity are formed in the cavity. The first receiving cavity is cylindrical. The second receiving cavity is connected to a side surface of the first receiving cavity. Each heating lamp includes a lamp tube and a lamp base. The lamp tube includes an arc portion and two connection portions. An end of each connection portion is connected to the lamp base. Another end of the each connection portion is connected to an end of the arc portion. The arc portion is disposed in the first receiving cavity. The two connection portions and the lamp base are disposed in the second receiving cavity. The top cover is disposed on top of the cavity. The top cover is provided with a first through hole.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for blow-molding containers. A preform produced of a thermoplastic material is subjected to a thermal conditioning process along a transport path in the region of a heating section. The preform is then shaped in a blow mold by the effect of a blowing pressure to give the container. The preform is subjected to a temperature profile at least along part of its transport path in the region of the heating section, said temperature profile being generated by at least one tubular radiation heater. The temperature profile extends in a longitudinal direction of the preform. The radiation emitted by the radiation heater is emitted in different spatial directions with different intensities by a heating device positioning the radiation heater.

    摘要: A method is disclosed for pre-conditioning inserts for improved replication during injection molding. The pre-conditioned inserts provide improved bonding with the injection-material and improved replication of complex molding surfaces. The pre-conditioning of the inserts comprises placing the insert in position against the molding surface, followed by heat-soaking the insert. Heat-soaking can be accomplished using infrared energy, preferably broadband infrared energy or energy that is preferentially absorbed by the insert.

    摘要: A method and system for bonding plastic parts together utilizing a heat-activated adhesive and at least one infrared lamp are disclosed. The system preferably includes first and second infrared lamps for emitting infrared radiation. A first base section supports a first infrared lamp adjacent the first plastic part and a second base section supports the second infrared lamp adjacent the second plastic part. The system also includes a controller coupled to the first and second infrared lamps for controlling power supplied to the first and second infrared lamps so that the first infrared lamp emits infrared radiation which propagates through the first plastic part and is absorbed by the adhesive and the second infrared lamp emits infrared radiation which propagates through the second plastic part and is absorbed by the adhesive for a time sufficient to heat the adhesive to a desired temperature at which the adhesive is activated.
