    摘要: A saw blade includes a body having a thickness, an attachment portion formed on the body, and a plurality of cutting teeth formed on the body. The attachment portion is configured to connect the saw blade to a power tool. Each cutting tooth of the plurality of cutting teeth includes a tip defining a plane that extends along the thickness of the body, a rake face extending from the tip, and a relief face extending from the tip opposite the rake face. A first cutting tooth of the plurality of cutting teeth is set in a first direction relative to the body. A second cutting tooth of the plurality of cutting teeth is set in a second direction opposite the first direction relative to the body. The planes defined by the tips of the first and second cutting teeth are generally parallel.

    摘要: A circular saw blade comprises a generally circular body defining cutting teeth at a periphery thereof. First apertures in the body define a first mounting hole pattern for receiving mounting pins of a first circular saw machine defining a first mounting pin pattern thereof for mounting the circular saw blade thereto. Second apertures in the body define a second mounting hole pattern different than the first mounting hole pattern for receiving mounting pins of a second circular saw machine defining a second mounting pin pattern thereof different than the first mounting pin pattern for mounting the circular saw blade thereto. At least one of the first apertures and at least one of the second apertures are (i) at least one of (a) radially and (b) circumferentially displaced from each other; and (ii) at least one of (a) overlap and (b) are connected to each other.

    摘要: A metallic card wire has an elongated rib portion and teeth. The teeth have a front segment, a top segment and a back segment. The front segment has the connection of the tooth from the elongated rib portion and the front segment including a tip which is actively taking fibres in carding. The top segment has at least one hunch after the tip in the direction of the back segment. If more than one hunch is present the first hunch is the hunch positioned closest to the tip; if only one hunch is present this hunch is the first hunch. The back segment forms the connection of the top segment towards the elongated rib portion and the front segment of the next tooth.

    摘要: A saw blade has a plurality of teeth with each tooth formed by a beveled leading face, a beveled trailing face and a chamfered surface located on the trailing face of each tooth. The trailing and leading faces are beveled in opposite directions in alternate order throughout the saw blade prior to the forming of the chamfered surface. The beveled leading face of each tooth intersects the chamfered surface on the trailing face of each tooth to form a curved cutting edge having a negative rake angle. The beveled faces are manufactured by first forming a plurality of rough-formed gullets. The rough-formed gullets are then finished-formed into beveled gullets by a cold-forming operation prior to the grinding of the chamfered surface to form the curved cutting face of the tooth.
