摘要: The invention relates to a brake fluid container for a master cylinder in a hydraulic brake system. A safety valve is provided to ensure that the neck of the brake fluid container closes when the brake fluid container is detached from the master cylinder, for example in case of an accident. The safety valve is disposed in a cartridge which can be inserted from outside in a tightly sealing manner into the neck of the container.

摘要: A simple, compact, and economical motor/pump unit for supplying vacuum to a pneumatic brake booster of a motor-vehicle brake system, wherein the motor/pump unit is designed as a diaphragm pump having a single elastomeric diaphragm, which is moved by an electrically operated motor unit by an eccentric drive, and has a pump housing and a working-space cover and the diaphragm is clamped between the pump housing and the working-space cover at the radial outer edge of the diaphragm in a sealing manner and the working-space cover is designed as a multi-part working-space cover having an upper cover, a lower cover, and an inlet valve and an outlet valve, which are arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover and control the air circulation through the working space.

摘要: A brake unit having a container which serves for accommodating working fluid and which is arranged with at least one connector piece in a receiving bore and which is sealed off by a sealing element which extends radially around the connector piece. In order to offer a simple, inexpensive and pressure-tight interface between connector piece in a receiving bore, it is proposed that a form fit transversely with respect to the direction of the longitudinal axis of the connector piece is formed by a displacement of the material of the sealing element during the installation of the connector piece in the receiving bore.

摘要: A pneumatic brake booster for motor vehicles, comprises a booster housing, the interior of which is separated into a working chamber and a low-pressure chamber by an axially movable wall that can be supplied with a pneumatic differential pressure; a control housing; and a control valve which controls a differential pressure between the working chamber and the low-pressure chamber. The control valve controls an airflow between the working chamber and the low-pressure chamber or a surrounding atmosphere. The control valve has a plate valve and a valve piston, a seal region of which can be sealingly placed on the plate valve and which can be moved in a stroke direction R. A fine and low-noise metering of the brake force is achieved by providing a throttle point between the valve piston and the plate valve for throttling the airflow dependent on the stroke.

According to the invention, in order to reduce noise emissions, devices for reducing a contact surface between the working-chamber cover and the pump housing are provided.

摘要: A tandem master brake cylinder for a hydraulic motor vehicle brake system, which is impinged upon by a pneumatic brake booster, including at least one piston which is displaceable in a housing and has a plurality of follow-up connections the follow-up connections allowing a hydraulic connection between the pressure chamber and a pressureless follow-up chamber at the start of a braking operation. At least some of the follow-up connections are formed as transverse bores through a wall of at least one piston and are arranged at a same distance relative to the piston edge in a main plane, wherein the overtravel thereof by the sealing collar defines a closure path of the piston. In order to allow a smooth, quiet and yet sufficiently reliable braking initiation, the follow-up connections are arranged in a distributed manner on at least three planes, the planes being arranged at a distance to one another and in parallel to the piston edge.

摘要: A pump assembly for supplying negative pressure to a pneumatic brake booster, wherein the pump assembly has at least two elastic displacement elements which are moved by connecting rods, the connecting rods each being rotatably mounted on an eccentric element. The eccentric element has a bearing seat element and a force element. At least two eccentric elements are secured next to each other on a drive shaft that rotates about an axis of rotation and an interlocking anti-rotation device is provided that determines a defined angular position of the eccentric elements relative to each other about the axis of rotation. In order to improve the ease of assembly and simplify the manufacturability, the anti-rotation device is designed as shaped elements of the bearing seat element in such a way that they engage in each other in an interlocking manner when the eccentric elements are in a defined angular position relative to each other.
