摘要： A retarder mixture for oil and gas well cementing includes a lignosulfonate compound and at least one hydrolyzed carbohydrate. A method includes blending the retarder mixture and a cement precursor to form a cement precursor mixture and introducing water into the cement precursor mixture to form a cement mixture. The cement mixture is pumped down a well and cures to form a cement sheath containing the cement precursor and the retarder mixture.

摘要： A well cementation working solution prepared from red mud, slag and waste drilling fluids. The working solution is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of waste drilling fluids, 50-100 parts of slag, 5-50 parts of red mud, 4-7 parts of a suspension stabilizer, 1-7 parts of an activating aid, 0.5-5 parts of an anti-pollution agent and 0.4-3.5 parts of a diluent. The waste drilling fluids are waste waterborne drilling fluids. The slag is blast furnace slag or vanadium-titanium slag. The suspension stabilizer is sodium bentonite, carboxymethyl cellulose or a mixture of sodium bentonite and carboxymethyl cellulose. The activating aid is sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, sodium carbonate or a mixture of sodium metasilicate nonahydrate and sodium carbonate. The anti-pollution agent is sodium salicylate, potassium citrate or a mixture of sodium salicylate and potassium citrate. The diluent is sodium lignin sulfonate.

摘要： The present invention relates to the field of oil and natural gas well cementation engineering, in particular to a foam stabilizer composition, foamed cement slurry and an additive composition thereof. The foam stabilizer composition comprises C6-C20 alkyl amido alkyl amine oxide, C6-C20 alkyl amido alkyl betaine, and triterpenoid saponin compound. The foam stabilizer composition provided in the present invention is helpful for forming foamed cement slurry that has high foam stability, and the foam stabilizer composition can work with other active components in the foamed slurry additive composition provided in the present invention to enable the foamed cement slurry that contains the additive composition to obtain low density, high foam stability, low permeability, and high compressive strength, which is especially applicable to well cementing operation in an oil and natural gas exploration and development process.

摘要： An exemplary surface active agent admixture composition of the invention comprises (1) a first surface active agent comprising a betaine, an alkyl or aryl or alkylaryl sulfonate, or mixture thereof; and (2) a second surface active agent comprising a nonionic oxyalkylene-containing polymer surfactant. The present invention therefore provides a system for ensuring the presence in a hydratable cementitious composition (when hardened) a sufficient air volume and sufficient air void fineness and consistency. Further exemplary admixture compositions may comprise one or more plasticizers and one or more clay activity-modifying agents. Cementitious compositions and methods for modifying cementitious compositions, which incorporate the above-mentioned surface active agent combination, are also described. The invention provides the ability to adjust and stabilize air void systems in hydratable cementitious compositions, while allowing conventional air entraining agent (AEA) dosage practices to be followed.
