    摘要: A handheld videogame controller is configured to receive and securely hold a handheld videogame console (e.g., a Nintendo Switch console). The handheld videogame controller is configured to electronically connect directly to the videogame console (e.g., via a USB-C port of the console) to reduce latency and other connectivity issues. The handheld videogame controller includes a locking mechanism configured to securely hold the console within a docking bay of the controller, such that the console remains directly electronically connected to the controller during use. This facilitates a user moving the controller and the console as a single unit, without the console falling out of the controller unexpectedly. In some examples, the controller includes a thumbstick assembly including a thumbstick top removably coupled to a thumbstick base by a self-holding tapered connection (e.g., a Morse taper) to facilitate precise alignment and transmission of torque from the thumbstick top to the thumbstick base.

    摘要: The present invention discloses electronic equipment with a vibration function, including a carrier and a vibration module configured for providing a vibration sense; the vibration module includes a housing having a receiving space and provided with an opening in at least one end; a vibration unit received in the receiving space and directly providing a vibration sense to a user; and an elastic member; the elastic member elastically connects the vibration unit to the housing, so as to elastically suspend the vibration unit in the receiving space. According to the electronic equipment of the present invention, in both cases where a surface of the carrier is a flexible material and the carrier is relatively heavy, local vibration can be provided through the independent vibration unit, so as to directly feedback vibration actually generated by the vibration unit to the user, thus improving the experience of the user.

    摘要: First and second resilient deformable spheres each have a pattern such as dots or a grid of lines projected or printed/deposited onto their inner surfaces, a camera positioned to image the pattern. When the spheres are deformed, the patterns are distorted. Distortions in the patterns are mapped to input signals to a computer simulation or other computer program. The spheres may each be attached to respective ends of a hollow tube also bearing the pattern such that not only can the spheres be squeezed, but the assembly also can be twisted to deform the pattern in the tube for further correlation to input signals.
