摘要: A molding-forming method, a molding mold, and a molding production apparatus with which efficient burrs removal is possible without requiring a large apparatus. A molding production method includes, in addition to a molding being formed inside a mold, burrs formed around the molding are separated from the molding. After formation of the molding, air is blown inside the mold on at least a portion of the burrs formed around the molding to cool the same, a projecting member is projected toward the cooled burrs, and the burrs are separated from the molding. After pressing the burrs toward the projecting member by the air blowing, the burr is pressed toward the mold surface facing the projecting member by projection of the projecting member to separate the burr from the molding.

摘要: The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a molded product by which the cutting accuracy of a burr provided on the peripheral surface of the molded body can be improved. According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of a molded product, comprising a measurement step; a correction step; and a burr cutting step, wherein, in the measurement step, a position of at least one point on a peripheral surface of a molded body is measured while the molded body is in a positioned state, in the correction step, a master cutting line is corrected on the basis of a measurement result in the measurement step to determine a corrected cutting line, and in the burr cutting step, a burr provided on the peripheral surface of the molded body is cut according to the corrected cutting line.

摘要: A mold separation method includes the following steps: providing a mold separation device including a carrying mechanism, a scraping mechanism, and two separation mechanisms, wherein the scraping mechanism is disposed at an edge of the carrying mechanism, and the separation mechanisms are disposed at the edge of the carrying mechanism and are located on two opposite sides of the scraping mechanism; placing a first mold and a second mold bonded to the first mold on the carrying mechanism; causing the scraping mechanism to scrape off a spilled glue produced when the first mold is bonded to the second mold; and after scraping off the spilled glue, causing the separation mechanisms to pull open the first mold and the second mold so that the first mold and the second mold are separated from each other.

摘要: A process for producing gaskets by curing a liquid molding material applied over a plate by a dispenser, wherein in order to improve accuracy in the cross-sectional shape and/or height of the gaskets, the process comprises the steps of: using a dispenser to coat the upper surface of a plate with a liquid molding material, and form a coating layer extending endlessly in a prescribed pattern; and overlapping a molding jig on the plate, the molding jig having in a lower surface a molding groove extending endlessly in a prescribed pattern corresponding to the coating layer, correcting the cross-sectional shape of the coating layer to a cross-sectional shape that corresponds to the molding groove, and curing the coating layer.

The automated breakout system includes a tray input mechanism, a bed including a first end disposed adjacent the tray input mechanism, the bed including one or more passageways configured to pass printing media through the bed, a vibration generator coupled to the bed and configured to vibrate the bed, and a part terminator disposed adjacent a second end of the bed. The vibratory media cleaning system include a vibratory bin, a vibration generator coupled to the vibratory bin and configured to vibrate the vibratory bin, an automated parts loader configured to introduce 3D printed parts to be cleaned into the bin, and an automated parts removal mechanism.

摘要: In one embodiment of an apparatus for manufacturing a rubber sheet, a continuous rubber material is supplied onto a supply conveyor in a meandering state by supplying the continuous rubber material onto the supply conveyor while moving rubber supply device in a reciprocating manner in a roll axial direction. The rubber supply device has a full width moving mode in which the rubber supply device moves in the roll axial direction such that the continuous rubber material has a meandering shape of a width corresponding to a width of a rubber sheet, and a partial width moving mode in which the rubber supply device moves in the roll axial direction such that the continuous rubber material has a meandering shape of a width obtained by excluding widths of both edge portions of the rubber sheet from the width of the rubber sheet.

摘要: Methods for post-mold processing a Venturi device for generating vacuum are disclosed that improve the evacuation time thereof. The methods include providing a molded Venturi device having a body defining a Venturi gap between an outlet end of a converging motive passageway and an inlet end of a diverging discharge passageway, where the outlet end defines a motive exit having flash extending radially inward and the inlet end defines a discharge inlet having flash extending radially inward. Then, the method includes positioning the molded Venturi device with an inlet end of the converging motive passageway facing a blasting nozzle or with an outlet end of a diverging discharge passageway facing a blasting nozzle, and propelling blasting media into the motive inlet or the discharge exit of the Venturi device to remove the flash in the motive exit and in the discharge inlet, or vice versa.

摘要: Molded rubber objects may be molded and de-molded by defining both a desired final form for the molded rubber object and a tab extending from the final form of the molded rubber object using a cavity in a mold. Rubber pellets may be dispensed in predetermined amounts at desired location(s) within the cavity to provide the rubber needed to form the molded rubber object. Heat and pressure may be applied to the mold to cause the rubber pellets to fill the cavity defining both the desired final form of the molded rubber object and the tab. After the heat and pressure has been applied, a gripping device may grasp the tab and move the tab in a direction and with sufficient force to peel the rubber object from the mold cavity. If desired, the tab may be removed from the molded rubber object.

The pocket can be a molded pocket including individual molded strings, combined strings, shooting strings and support rails extending around a perimeter of the pocket. Certain pocket elements can include transition parts to smoothly transition components having different cross sections. The pocket can include a pre-formed ball channel and hole units having broadsides for connection to a head or other component. The pocket can be attached to a pocket frame, and optionally constructed from a mesh or other synthetic material that is tensioned with the pocket frame. A mold and related molding method are also provided.

摘要: There is provided a deburring system for enabling perfect automation of deburring with which burr of a resin molded article is substantially perfectly removed after the resin molded article is manufactured at low cost not by using an expensive resin molding machine, but by using a conventional general-purpose molding machine. Furthermore, there are provided a deburring apparatus and a cutter blade with which burr of a resin molded article having an unstable shape can be easily and cleanly removed from the root thereof without using any expensive control device and any positioning device and also without using any expensive copying device.
