摘要: A seat pad (1) includes a surface portion (1a) configured of a polyurethane foam (11). In the surface portion (1a), wiring grooves (2) for wiring a wire harness (3) are formed. Each wiring groove (2) has a groove width W narrower than the diameter (φ 3) of the harness (3), and a groove depth (D) deeper than the diameter φ3 of the harness (3). A seat pad manufacturing method uses, as a molding die, a molding die that has groove-forming protrusions to form the wiring grooves (2) and has holes formed in side surfaces of the groove-forming protrusions. A polyurethane foam material is supplied to an interior of the molding die, and when a molded product is removed from the molding die, molded portions formed in the holes are forcibly pulled out of the holes of the groove-forming protrusions.

摘要: A mold for a golf ball can include a pair of mold halves. Each mold half can have a cavity face including a plurality of pimples. The cavity face can have a low-latitude zone and a high-latitude zone. The low-latitude zone can include a low-latitude base surface having an inner diameter larger than that of a phantom sphere of a cavity. The high-latitude zone can include a high-latitude base surface having an inner diameter equal to that of the phantom sphere. Each pimple can protrude from the low-latitude base surface or the high-latitude base surface. A pimple that intersects an equator plane of the phantom sphere or is proximal to the equator plane can protrude partially or entirely from the low-latitude base surface.

摘要: The present invention relates to the field of shoe material technology, more particularly to a type of elastic heel and its manufacturing process, including the following steps: (1) material configuration: selecting a material from foam rubber, elastic PU, foamed latex, foam sponge, PVC foam and EVA foam required for configuration upon the need; (2) mold preparation: preparing the heel mold consisting of upper and lower platens, among which the inside surface of the lower platen is a concave while the inside surface of the upper platen is a convex, each having the same shape as the heel inner and outer surface, and there are venting holes on the upper platen, and on the inside surface of the lower platen lays elastic fabric; (3) placing the solid foaming material of the Step (1) in the mold and closing the mold halves to proceed foam forming; (4) opening the mold for demolding.

摘要: A foam article, such as a cushioning element for an article of footwear, apparel or sporting equipment is provided that comprises a foam component, such as a midsole, having a number of beneficial physical characteristics. The cushioning element is a low-density foamed component with a surface skin that encases the remaining foam volume. The cushioning element has a number of foam volumes, arranged to achieve a more consistent foam component. Additionally, the cushioning element includes a series of concentric ridges extending radially outwardly from injection gate vestige locations, and a number of striation bands near the perimeter of the cushioning element. The location of the gate vestiges can be beneficially arranged to produce intersecting flow boundaries that are located away from key strain areas of the cushioning element. The cushioning element is more environmentally-friendly, requiring less energy to produce while still providing acceptable energy return and low density.

摘要: Lightweight and strong components may be manufactured using self-skinning foam material compositions by the processes described herein. One or more mandrels may be inserted into a molding tool, and a self-skinning foam material composition may be injected into the molding tool. After closing the molding tool, the self-skinning foam material composition may expand and cure to form a component, and one or more skins may be formed on exterior and/or interior surfaces of the component. For example, an external skin may be formed on an exterior surface of the component in contact with surfaces of the molding tool, and one or more internal skins may be formed on one or more interior surfaces of negative space spars of the component in contact with surfaces of the one or more mandrels.

An injection-molding method includes providing an extruding system configured to produce a mixture, a discharging channel including an outlet, and first and second molding devices; engaging the outlet with the first molding device; injecting the mixture into the first molding device; disengaging the outlet from the first molding device; moving the discharging channel away from the first molding device and toward the second molding device; engaging the outlet with the second molding device; injecting the mixture into the second molding device; and disengaging the outlet from the second molding device.
