摘要: Provided is a pneumatic tire including a pair of bead portions; at least one carcass layer extending between the pair of bead portions; a belt layer disposed outward of the carcass layer in a tire radial direction; a tread rubber disposed outward of the belt layer in the tire radial direction; a pair of sidewall rubbers disposed outward of the carcass layer in a tire lateral direction; and an electrically conductive portion extending between the pair of bead portions and having at least one separation portion, the electrically conductive portion having a linear structure, the linear structure including an electrically conductive linear member formed in a linear shape by molding an electrically conductive material with an electrical resistivity of less than 1×10{circumflex over ( )}8 Ω/cm.

摘要: A tire for a civil engineering vehicle the endurance of which has been improved by the addition of an anti-creep layer (30) with a thickness E2 interposed between the airtight inner layer (20), with a thickness E1, and the reinforcer coating layer (46) of the carcass reinforcement (40), with a thickness E3. The thicknesses E1, E2 and E3, being measured in millimetres in a shoulder region forming the transition between the crown and each sidewall of the tire, satisfy the following equations: 2≤E1≤4; 6≤E2+E3 and E1/E2≥0.6. In addition, the viscoelastic loss P60 of the elastomeric mixture M2 of the anti-creep layer (30) is at most equal to 20%.

The spray nozzle may extend to spray an air barrier material onto the tire.

摘要: In a pneumatic tire, a partial tie rubber layer is disposed between a carcass layer and an innerliner layer in a limited manner across an entire region excluding end portions near a pair of bead portions; end surfaces on both sides in a tire lateral direction of the partial tie rubber layer are inclined surfaces that form an acute angle with respect to a surface of the partial tie rubber layer on the carcass layer side; and an inclination angle of the inclined surfaces with respect to the surface of the partial tie rubber layer on the carcass layer side is from 20° to 60°.

摘要: The invention relates to a tire comprising a circumferential tread having an outer tread surface and an inner innerliner surface; at least two spaced-apart beads; sidewall portions extending between the tread and the beads; and a belt-like foam noise damper having first and second terminal ends, wherein the noise damper lines the innerliner surface; wherein the noise damper is secured to the innerliner surface via an adhesive situated between the noise damper and the innerliner, wherein the terminal ends of the noise damper are cut at an angle of less than 90 degrees, overlap each other, and the overlapped second terminal end of the foam is joined to the first terminal end by the adhesive present underneath the second terminal end, and wherein the adhesive has weight in the range of 30 to 800 grams per square meter of foam surface.
