摘要: The present disclosure provides an all-steel tire with 100% definite elongations of an upper tread and a lower tread being interrelated to each other. The all-steel tire of the present disclosure includes a lower tread rubber layer B and an upper tread rubber layer A. Through repeated multiple experiments of the applicant, when a ratio of stresses at 100% definite elongation of the upper tread rubber layer A to the lower tread rubber layer B is (0.7-0.8):1, and the 100% stress at definite elongation of the lower tread rubber layer B is 3.2-5.5 Mpa, it can be ensured that after any tread of the tire is subjected to performance adjustment, the performance balance of the whole tire crown is continuously maintained, so that no new problem is generated after the tread performance of the all-steel radial tire is improved.

摘要: Provided are a tow prepreg comprising a reinforcing fiber bundle impregnated with a matrix resin composition, wherein the matrix resin composition contains a component (A) (an epoxy resin), a component (B) (dicyandiamide), a component (C) (a curing accelerator), and a component (D) (a core-shell type rubber particle), and a content of the component (D) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the component (A) is from 20 to 70 parts by mass, a viscosity is from 3 Pa·s to 80 Pa·s at 30° C., and a minimum viscosity to be obtained when a viscosity is measured by raising a temperature from room temperature to 130° C. at a rate of temperature rise of 2.0° C./min is from 0.04 Pa·s to 1 Pa·s, which exhibits excellent drape property and tackiness and less stickiness and can be unwound at a high speed; and a composite material-reinforced pressure vessel having fewer voids in a reinforcing layer which is obtainable by using the tow prepreg, a high burst pressure, and an excellent appearance due to appropriate resin flow.

摘要: Provided is a method for producing a rubber composition containing: a rubber component (A) including at least 50 mass % of a styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber; a filler (B) including 80-130 parts by mass of silica; a silane coupling agent (C); a thermoplastic resin (D); at least one compound (E) selected from guanidines, sulfenamides, and thiazoles; an organic acid compound (F); and a vulcanizing agent (G). The method includes kneading the rubber composition over a plurality of stages. The kneading includes: a first kneading stage of kneading the rubber component (A), the filler (B), the silane coupling agent (C), the thermoplastic resin (D), all or some of the compound (E), and all or some of the organic acid compound (F); and a second kneading stage of, after the first kneading stage, kneading the vulcanizing agent (G) and a kneaded product prepared through kneading in the first kneading stage.

摘要: A method for making a thermoplastic material includes: (a) partially crosslinking an elastomer composition at a first crosslinking temperature to form a thermoplastic, partially crosslinked elastomer composition; (b) mixing a thermoplastic polymer composition with the thermoplastic, partially crosslinked elastomer composition and heating the mixture to a second crosslinking temperature higher than the first crosslinking temperature, wherein the thermoplastic polymer composition is liquid at the second crosslinking temperature; and (c) continuously mixing the mixture while further crosslinking the elastomer composition to form a thermoplastic material having a dispersed phase of crosslinked elastomer composition in the thermoplastic polymer composition. The elastomer composition may include an elastomer compounded with a curing agent and optionally additional components. A thermoplastic material resulting from this process may be molded or shaped by any method used for forming thermoplastic materials into articles, such as molding, extrusion, or thermoforming.

摘要: A composition is disclosed, comprising a block copolymer, at least one homopolymer or copolymer of butene, and at least one olefin homopolymer or copolymer, wherein said block copolymer has hydrogenated low-vinyl polybutadiene end blocks with a specific gravity>0.85 g/cc, and a controlled distribution midblock of polyalkenyl arene/hydrogenated diene. Although the block copolymer has a preferred linear structure as a triblock copolymer, it may also be branched or radial coupled copolymer that has at least 2 arms or more. The composition is useful for rotational molding, slush molding, injection molding, extrusion or compression molding, or thermoforming or calendering for making articles that are resistant to chemicals such as diesel fuel, for the automotive market, for example. The MFR of the block copolymer is 1 to about 50 g/10 min. at 230° C., with a wt. of 2.16 kg.
