摘要： A method for producing adipic acid and cyclohexanone oxime from cyclohexane is provided. Cyclohexane and NOx undergo oxidation-nitration reaction to produce a mixture of adipic acid, nitrocyclohexane, nitrogen oxides and by-product A, from which adipic acid and nitrocyclohexane are separated. The nitrocyclohexane is catalytically hydrogenated with hydrogen to produce cyclohexanone oxime and a small amount of cyclohexylamine, where cyclohexanone oxime is collected, and the cyclohexylamine is partially oxidized with molecular oxygen to obtain cyclohexanone oxime and by-product B. Without separation, or after removing part or all of water from the reaction mixture, under the action of a catalyst, the reaction mixture undergoes hydrogenation and amination simultaneously or sequentially, or the hydrogenation alone, and separation to give cyclohexanone oxime.

摘要： Treprostinil is a synthetic prostacyclin derivative with thrombocyte aggregation inhibitory and vasodilatory activity. Treprostinil can be administered in subcutaneous, intravenous, inhalable, or oral forms. Disclosed is a method for the preparation of treprostinil of formula I and its amorphous form, anhydrate form, monohydrate form, and polyhydrate form salts with bases. In the disclosed method, the chiral center in the 3-hydroxyoctyl substituent is formed at the end of the synthesis, so that the method is robust and well scalable. Also disclosed are treprostinil intermediates and the preparation of the intermediates.

摘要： A method of increasing a density of carboxylic acids on a surface of a carbon nanoparticle is disclosed. The method includes contacting an oxygen-containing functional group on a surface of a carbon nanoparticle with a reducing agent to provide a hydroxyl group; reacting the hydroxyl group with a diazoacetate ester in the presence of a transition metal catalyst to provide an ester, the diazoacetate ester having the structure wherein R is a C1-8 hydrocarbyl, preferably tert-butyl, methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, allyl, benzyl, pentafluorophenyl, or N-succinimidyl; and cleaving the ester to provide a carboxylic acid group. Surface-functionalized carbon nanoparticles made by the method are also disclosed.
