摘要: The present invention relates to a solid dispersion, a preparation method therefor, a chain-extended polyurethane using same, and an epoxy resin composition comprising same and, more particularly, to a solid dispersion in which an inorganic or organic material-derived isotropic or anisotropic substance is used as a dispersoid and dispersed at room temperature in a solid-phase dispersion medium such as polyols and sugars, whereby the dispersion can be easily stored and used, reduce transportation cost, prevent or alleviate the aggregation or precipitation caused during the storage of products, with the results of working efficiency improvement and processing cost reduction, and, when applied to polyurethane, can increase strength and provide an improved strength, compared to conventional curing agent, a preparation method therefor, a chain-extended polyurethane using same, and an epoxy resin composition comprising same.

摘要: The present invention relates to a dispersant derived from anhydride functionalized polyester derived from carboxylic acid functionalized polyester. The anhydride functionalized polyester is then reacted with a multi-amine species forming amide and salt bonds. The technology allows lower reaction temperatures when the multi-amine species is present. The lower reaction temperature allows the use of a broader selection of polyester repeat units.

摘要: There is provided a carbon material dispersion which has excellent dispersibility and in which the dispersibility is retained stably over a long period of time even when the carbon material dispersion contains a carbon material at a high concentration. The carbon material dispersion is a carbon material dispersion containing a carbon material, water, and a polymeric dispersant, wherein the polymeric dispersant is a polymer including 5 to 40% by mass of a constituent unit (1) derived from a monomer 1, such as 2-vinylpyridine, 50 to 80% by mass of a constituent unit (2) derived from a monomer 2 represented by formula (1) (wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or the like, A represents O or NH, X represents an ethylene group or a propylene group, Y represents O, NHCOO, or NHCONH, each of R2 represents a hydrogen atom or the like, n represents 20 to 100, and R3 represents a hydrogen atom or the like), and 0.5 to 40% by mass of a constituent unit (3) derived from a monomer 3 copolymerizable with above-described monomers.

摘要: A two-component polyurethane composition comprising: an aqueous dispersion comprising an emulsion polymer and a specific sulphate and/or sulfonate surfactant, and a water-dispersible polyisocyanate; the emulsion polymer with a weight average molecular weight of 70,000 g/mol or less comprising, by weight based on the weight of the emulsion polymer, greater than 0.25% of structural units of a phosphorous-containing acid monomer and/or salts thereof, greater than 15% of structural units of a hydroxy-functional alkyl (meth)acrylate, structural units of an monoethylenically unsaturated nonionic monomer, and from zero to 10% of structural units of an additional acid monomer and/or salts thereof; and a process of preparing the two-component polyurethane composition.

摘要: There is provided an apparatus and a method for producing a play compound and the play compound itself which, in one embodiment is a compound which sufficiently fluid to be pliable and is typically cold and slimy to the touch. The apparatus and a method provide a powder and liquid to a user, which can be a non-skilled person and thereby allow the mixing of the powder and liquid together by that person to form the play compound outside of a factory environment whilst ensuring that the play compound which is formed has the desired characteristics. Most typically the user which performs the mixing can be the end user, such as a child, who will play with the compound and so the formation of the play compound forms a new part of the play experience.
