摘要: A steel pipe has a composition consisting, by mass percent, of, C: 0.12 to 0.27%, Si: 0.05 to 0.40%, Mn: 0.3 to 2.0%, Al: 0.005 to 0.060%, N: 0.0020 to 0.0080%, Ti: 0.005 to 0.015%, Nb: 0.015 to 0.045%, Cr 0 to 1.0%, Mo: 0 to 1.0%, Cu: 0 to 0.5%, Ni: 0 to 0.5%, V: 0 to 0.15%, and B: 0 to 0.005%, the balance being Fe and impurities. As impurities, contents are Ca: 0.001% or less, P: 0.02% or less, S: 0.01% or less, and O: 0.0040% or less. The micro-structure is tempered martensitic or tempered martensite and tempered bainite, in which a prior-austenite grain size number is 10.0 or more. Tensile strength is TS 800 MPa or higher. Critical internal pressure is [0.3′TS′a] or more, a=[(D/d)2−1]/[0.776′(D/d)2], D: pipe outer diameter (mm), d: pipe inner diameter (mm).

摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide a steel sheet having a high strength which can provide excellent appearance quality. The steel sheet has a chemical composition including, in mass %, C: more than 0.030% to 0.145%, Si: 0% to 0.500%, Mn: 0.50% to 2.50%, P: 0% to 0.100%, S: 0% to 0.020%, Al: 0% to 1.000% or less, N: 0% to 0.0100%, and the like, wherein a metal micro-structures consisting of 70 to 95% of ferrite in volume fraction and 5 to 30% of hard phases in volume fraction, and a value X1 obtained by dividing a standard deviation of average Mn concentrations in a rolling direction at ¼ sheet-thickness positions in a sheet thickness direction by an average Mn concentration at the ¼ sheet-thickness positions is 0.025 or less.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a sintered neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet, a preparation method and use thereof. The permanent magnet described herein comprises a grain and a grain boundary phase. The grain boundary phase is located on an epitaxial layer of the grain. The grain boundary phase comprises at least an RH. The grain comprises at least Nd2Fe14B. In the grain boundary phase within a depth of 100 μm from the surface to the center of the sintered neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet, the area of the grain boundary phase with an RH content of more than 6 wt % accounts for 50% or more of the total area of the grain boundary phase. The present disclosure adopts an RH and an RL as the diffusion source for composite diffusion, significantly improving the coercivity of the permanent magnet and the utilization rate of the RH in the diffusion source.

摘要: A rare earth permanent magnet, and a preparation method therefor are provided. The rare earth permanent magnet M and the preparation method may effectively improve the grain boundary anisotropy of the magnet, provide more diffusion channels through which a heavy rare earth diffusion source can enter the inside of the magnet, such that the heavy rare earth diffusion source is more effectively diffused into the magnet, the intrinsic coercivity of the magnet is greatly improved, and a magnet N having high intrinsic coercivity is obtained. Using the same amount of a heavy rare earth diffusion source material, the method produces magnet N having high intrinsic coercivity amplification with reduced production costs.

摘要: A high strength steel sheet has a yield-point elongation of 1% or greater and a tensile strength of 980 MPa or greater. The high strength steel sheet has a specific chemical composition and microstructure. A ratio of retained austenite grains adjoining a retained austenite grain having a different crystal orientation to total retained austenite grains is 0.60 or greater, the ferrite has an average grain size of 5.0 μm or less, and the retained austenite has an average grain size of 2.0 μm or less. A value obtained by dividing a volume fraction Vγa by a volume fraction Vγb is 0.40 or greater, where the volume fraction Vγa is a volume fraction of retained austenite in a fractured portion of a tensile test specimen after a warm tensile test at 150° C., and the volume fraction Vγb is a volume fraction of retained austenite before the warm tensile test at 150° C.
