摘要: The present invention relates to a bearing arrangement (104) connectable to a shaft (102), the bearing arrangement comprising a bearing (105, 105′) comprising a plurality of rolling elements (110) arranged to rotate relative to an inner raceway (302) for said bearing arrangement; and a ring shaped contact element (114, 114′) having an extension in an axial direction thereof, the ring shaped contact element further comprising a first contact surface (402) adapted to face the plurality of rolling elements, wherein an inner diameter of the ring shaped contact element at the axial position of the first contact surface has a larger diameter in comparison to a diameter (412) of the inner raceway, such that a continuous radial gap (414) is provided in the circumferential direction between the ring shaped contact element and the inner raceway when the bearing arrangement is connected to the shaft, wherein the radial gap (414) is arranged to be provided in fluid communication with a lubricating flow channel (306) of the shaft when the bearing arrangement.

摘要: A lubrication system for a main bearing positioned around a main shaft of a wind turbine includes a seal ring positioned around the shaft adjacent to the bearing, at least one gear adjacent to the seal ring, a mechanical lubricant pump arranged to engage the at least one gear, and at least one lubricant for providing lubrication to the bearing. Thus, as the shaft rotates, the gear(s) drives the lubricant pump such that the pump continuously provides the lubricant to the bearing so long as the shaft is rotating.

摘要: A gear having an axis of rotation includes a gear rim, with at least a portion of the gear rim configured to receive a load and define a loaded gear rim arc corresponding to the portion of the gear rim. A bearing pin extends axially through the gear rim, the gear rim and the bearing pin defining a roller element gap therebetween. The gear rim is configured to define a loaded roller element gap arc substantially concentric with the loaded gear rim arc, the loaded element gap arc having a loaded roller element gap arc length. The gear rim is further configured to retain a loaded bearing portion of the bearing within the portion of the roller element gap such that a loaded bearing portion length is in a range from and including about 75% to and including about 125% of the loaded roller element gap arc length.

摘要: A self-aligning roller bearing having inner and outer bearing ring elements and at least one row of roller elements disposed in between. The inner bearing ring element having a retaining flange provided on a first axial side of the roller bearing being configured for preventing the roller elements from falling out from the roller bearing. The roller bearing having a first sealing ring element located at the first axial side for sealing the first axial opening, the first sealing ring being rotatable in relation to the inner bearing ring and seals against a sealing mating surface of the inner bearing ring. The retaining flange has at least one filling slot configured for allowing the roller elements to be inserted in-between the inner and the outer bearing ring elements during assembly of the roller bearing, and the sealing mating surface being axially outside the at least one filling slot.

The rotational parts of the turbocharger bearing assembly are balanced as a unit before the turbocharger bearing assembly is assembled to a cylinder block of the engine by insertion into a bore formed in the cylinder block.

摘要: A hub-bearing assembly provided with a bearing unit and a rotatable rotor-hub. The bearing unit includes a stationary radially outer ring, a couple of rotatable radially inner rings, and a double row of rolling elements, wherein the rolling elements are interposed between the outer ring and the inner rings, whose centers are located along a first circle having a radius, with respect to a symmetry axis of the assembly. The rotor-hub is made of a light alloy. A tubular portion is assembled on top of the radially inner rings. The tubular portion is steadily fixed a flange portion, axially external and includes a plurality of fixing holes. Axes of the fixing holes are located along a second circle defined by a radius respective to the symmetry axis of the assembly. The radius of the first circle (rolling elements) is greater than the radius of the second circle (fixing holes).

At least one anti-friction bearing is positioned within the bore in contact with the inside surface of the cylindrical casing. The anti-friction bearing includes a solid lubricant. In one embodiment, the roller structure is a roller turn roller and is a component of a guide for a turn of a conveyor system, wherein the outer wear surface is for contacting the chain of the conveyer system. A method of lubricating a roller structure is also provided.
