摘要: A battery pack includes a plurality of battery modules including module cases. Side surfaces of the module cases in which battery cells are accommodated face each other and a water injection hole is formed in a top surface of each of the module cases, and a fire extinguishing tank unit containing a fire extinguishing agent, located over the plurality of battery modules, and configured to supply the fire extinguishing agent only into a battery module in which a thermal event occurs from among the plurality of battery modules through the water injection holes.

摘要: The power storage device structure according to the present invention includes a power storage device and a casing that encloses the power storage device with a gap therebetween, and has a structure in which a molded body containing an acrylic resin or a molded body containing a copolymer of a monomer used for polymerization of an acrylic resin and another monomer is placed in the gap between the power storage device and the casing. The molded body is preferably in the form of a film, sheet, or plate. With such a power storage device structure, it is possible to reduce the risk of ignition in the event of an abnormality such as damage to a power storage device, particularly to a power storage device stack in which multiple power storage devices are stacked, or overcharge.

摘要: This application relates to the field of battery technologies, and provides a battery module, a battery pack, and an automobile. The battery module includes two or more battery cells; a module frame, including an end plate and a side plate. The end plate and the side plate form the module frame for fixing the two or more battery cells and a cell management unit is disposed on the end plate and connected to a sampling line of the two or more battery cells. The cell management unit is disposed on the end plate inside the module frame, which facilitates wiring of the sampling line of the battery cells, thus ensuring an effective energy density of the battery module and balancing the wiring of the sampling line of the battery cells and the energy density of the battery module.

The apparatus is shaped so that it can be transported by the lifting device through a doorway. A pair of terminal banks, battery, converter, relay and controller are coupled to one another and configured for selective operation in a standalone configuration or a stacked configuration.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a battery assembly for a vehicle such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid electric vehicle, and to methods associated with such an assembly. As disclosed, there is provided a battery assembly for a vehicle, the assembly having a housing, the housing for containing a coolant fluid and at least one battery cell to be cooled by said coolant fluid, the assembly further having a first container volume having a lower portion in fluid communication with an upper portion of the housing, wherein the first container volume has a smaller cross-sectional area in a horizontal plane than that of the housing, and the assembly further having a second container volume having a lower portion in fluid communication with an upper portion of the first container volume. The disclosed battery assembly provides improved battery performance by virtue of improved cell temperature management, particularly when packaging is constrained.

Compared with the existing battery box manufacturing process of friction stir welding, the combining and bonding connection manner has the significant advantages of rapid production speed, a low device cost, high flatness, etc.

摘要: A cell module includes a plurality of cylindrical batteries and a holder composed by arranging each of cylindrical batteries in a parallel posture. The holder includes: a holder body having holding spaces for arranging cylindrical batteries at fixed positions; and a sub holder stacked on the holder body. The holder body has stopper portions deformed toward surfaces of cylindrical batteries arranged in holding spaces. The sub holder has push rods that push out stopper portions to cylindrical batteries in a state of being coupled to the holder body. In a state in which the sub holder is coupled to the holder body, in the cell module, the push rods thrust stopper portions against cylindrical batteries, and press the surfaces of cylindrical batteries arranged in holding spaces.

摘要: A traction battery module for a vehicle, with a battery housing, the battery housing having a preferably extruded housing part with hollow chambers formed in it, which extend alongside one another along a central longitudinal direction and are open at the ends. The hollow chambers respectively define a cooling channel. At least one cooling connection adapter is provided, having a non-circular outer circumferential surface in an insertion portion and having been introduced or pressed at the end into one of the hollow chambers with an inner circumferential surface corresponding to the outer circumferential surface of the insertion portion. A pressing engagement is formed, at least in certain portions, between the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface.
