In some embodiments, an Information Handling System (IHS) may include a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory having program instructions stored thereon that, upon execution, cause the IHS to: receive a notification, via a platform framework, of a communication session; and in response to the notification, apply an eye contact correction operation, via the platform framework, to at least a portion of content shared during the communication session.

摘要: A server-implemented method is disclosed. The method includes: receiving a request from an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network node of an IMS network; and in response to receiving the request, providing NAS registration state information associated with a user equipment (UE) to the IMS network node, the NAS registration state information indicating at least one of fourth-generation (4G) single radio voice call continuity (SRVCC) capability of the UE or fifth-generation (5G) SRVCC capability of the UE that is applicable when using an access network supported by a core network, wherein the server is configured to store separate instances of UE SRVCC capabilities, the separate instances including indications of at least one of 4G UE SRVCC capability or 5G UE SRVCC capability that is applicable when using the access network supported by the core network, and wherein the UE is registered with the IMS network using a session initiation protocol (SIP) via the access network.

摘要: A method for context-dependent in-call video codec switching includes receiving an indication that a far-side endpoint includes a capability to switch from an initial video codec to a secondary video codec during a call. During a call with the far-side endpoint, the method includes determining that a performance of an encoder satisfies a codec switching threshold. The codec switching threshold indicates that the performance of the encoder justifies switching from the initial video codec mid-stream of the call. During a call with the far-side endpoint, the method also includes switching from the initial video codec initially negotiated to govern the call to the secondary video codec.

摘要: The techniques disclosed herein provide controlled user interface transitions for private breakout communication sessions. A system provides a Together Mode user interface that gives participants of a communication session a feeling that they are in the same room. When a person joins a communication session, a system uses a seating policy to determine a location of that user. That user is placed near or next to a select user meeting one or more conditions. If a number of people join the communication session, each person is ranked according to an organizational chart and each person is positioned and ordered relative to the select user according to each person's rank. The system configures the updated user interface arrangement to maintain the position of the select group of the participants.

摘要: A method, a communication device and a computer program product for selecting an active camera from a front facing camera and a rear facing camera for use during a video communication session. The method includes receiving, via a processor, first communication input associated with a non-video communication session. In response to detecting a switch from the non-video communication session to a video communication session, a first context is determined at the communication device based on the first communication input. The first context is associated with using an active camera selected at the communication device to capture and share video data with the second communication device. The selected active camera is one of the front facing camera and the rear facing camera. The method further includes selecting, as the active camera, one of the front facing camera or the rear facing camera that is associated with the first context.
