    摘要: The invention relates to a novel method for preparing eicosapentaenoic acid ethyl ester (EPA ethyl ester) with a minimum purity of 95 % and characterized in that fatty acid ethyl esters with a 50 % EPA ethyl ester content and a maximum content of 1.2 % n-3 arachidonic acid are initially mixed. Said mixture is then subjected to chromatography using supercritical CO2 as mobile phase and irregular porous silicon oxide impregnated with (3-aminopropyl)- triethoxysilane as stationary phase.
