Abstract:
The object of the invention is to provide a plastic film having an excellent corona resistance and produced at a low cost without lowering the mechanical strength of the film, and an insulated wire, coil, and motor which are adaptable to the increase of the speed, acceleration, and deceleration of cars for electric railway. A film (10) having an excellent corona resistance of this invention, shown in Figure 1, is provided with a high thermally conductive layer (14) formed by depositing an inorganic compound or an inorganic matter having a thermal conductivity of above 2 W/m.K, preferably, above 6 W/m.K, and more preferably, above 15 W/m.K at least on one side of a base film (12). Another embodiment has a surface electric resistance of below 10 OMEGA , preferably, below 10 OMEGA , at least at one surface and a volume resistivity of above 10 OMEGA .cm, preferably, above 10 OMEGA .cm. As shown in Figure 1, the film (10) is provided with a low electric-resistance layer (14) which is formed by depositing an inorganic compound or an inorganic matter and has a prescribed electric resistance at least on one side of a base film (12).
Abstract:
A novel heat-fusible copolymer which has excellent mechanical strength, radiation resistance, chemical resistance, low-temperature characteristics, heat resistance, processability, and adhesion and can simultaneously meet requirements for low water absorption and excellent dielectric properties; and film, powder, laminated film, heat-fusible film for covering wires, laminated heat insulator, electronic module, and capacitor, each produced from a thermoplastic polyimide resin composed mainly of the above copolymer and suitable for use as electronic components, materials for electronic circuit components capable of coping with a need for high-density packaging and the like. The copolymer has a combination of a glass transition point of 100 to 250 DEG C, a water absorption of not more than 1 %, and a permittivity of not more than 3 and is represented by general formula (I), wherein Ar1 represents a tetravalant organic group; Ar2 represents a divalent organic group; R represents a divalent organic group; X is a trivalent bonding group; m and n are each an integer of 0 or more, provided that the sum of m and n is 1 or more; and 1 is an integer of 1 or more.
Abstract:
A resin composition comprising a graft copolymer (I) produced using a medium-particle-size rubber enlarged by a latex containing acidic groups, a graft copolymer (II) produced using a small-particle-size rubber, a styrene-nitrile copolymer (III) and/or a styrene-maleimide resin (IV), wherein the rubber content is 5-40 wt.% of the whole composition. The composition is excellent in impact resistance, particularly surface impact strength, and gloss, and has good processability and thermal resistance.
Abstract:
A process for molding an aromatic polyimide resin which comprises compression molding a powdery aromatic polyimide resin composition comprising an aromatic polyimide resin and a fluororesin, sintering the molded powder either in an atmosphere of a gaseous mixture of 0.1-10 % of oxygen with an inert gas at 360-480 DEG C or in an inert gas atmosphere, and heat treating the sinter in an atmosphere of a gaseous mixture of oxygen with an inert gas at 360-480 DEG C. It is possible to solve the problems encountered in molding aromatic polyimide resins containing fluororesins, such as nonuniform coloration due to sintering and strength, and can provide polyimide moldings with excellent qualities.
Abstract:
A hydrophilic film comprising a hydrophobic aromatic polymer film and, adsorbed thereto irreversibly, a hydrophilic cellulose derivative with a number-average molecular weight of 2,000 to 8,000. As the film is remarkably reduced in exudates, it is usable also in the fields of medicines and electronics where exudates must be avoided.
