Ultraschallschweißvorrichtung mit einer Sonotrode (28) und einem Amboss (26), bei der beim Ultraschallschweißen zwischen der Sonotrode (28) und dem Amboss (26) ein Flachteil (2) sowie zumindest ein Fügeteil (10a) angeordnet ist und ein Befestigungselement (8a) zwischen dem Flachteil (2) und dem Fügeteil (10a) formschlüssig gehalten ist sowie ein an dem Befestigungselement (8a) anliegendes Dämfungselement (22) vorliegt, dass derart an dem Befestigungselement (8a) anliegt, dass eine Relativbewegung zwischen dem Befestigungselement (8a) und dem Flachteil (2) und/oder dem Fügeteil (10a) beim Ultraschallschweißen eingeschränkt ist.

A joint apparatus includes: a first holding unit which attracts and holds a first substrate; a second holding unit which attracts and holds a second substrate; an imaging unit which images, from outside a chamber, alignment marks provided on the first substrate and the second substrate via a through hole formed in the chamber and the first holding unit; a light source which radiates, from outside the chamber, light to the first substrate and the second substrate via a through hole formed in the chamber and the second holding unit; and a horizontal position adjustment unit which adjusts a horizontal position of the first holding unit.

The present invention relates to a method of connecting two components by ultrasonic welding for producing a power semiconductor module, said method comprising the steps of: a) Aligning the components to be welded to form a welding interface (16); b) Aligning a welding tool (18) to the aligned components; c) Removably arranging a trapping material (20) at least partly encompassing the welding interface (16), whereby the trapping material (20) is a foam; and d) Connecting the components by activating the welding tool (18). The method like described above provides an easy and cost- saving measure in order to prevent particle contamination when performing a welding process such as particularly an ultrasonic welding process sue to scattered particles (20).

솔더(solder)나 용가재 (filler) 같은 중간 매개체 없이 직접 ReBCO 고온 초전도체층의 표면과 표면을 직접 접촉시킨 상태에서 초전도체층 물질들만을 미세 부분 용융 확산 혹은 고산확산 압접하여, 종래의 상전도 접합에 비해 접합부 저항이 거의 '0'으로 하여 영구 전류 모드 및 충분히 긴 초전도 장선재를 제작할 수 있는 제2세대 ReBCO 고온 초전도 선재 접합 장치 및 이를 이용한 접합 방법에 대하여 개시한다.

In some implementations of ignition-free welding in at least one fastener is attached to a container that resides within a hazardous environment. The fasteners are then used to secure a fill zone to the container. The chamber then receives a sealing material for the purpose of sealing a leak without having to remove the hazardous material.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Fügen zweier im Wesentlichen blechartiger Werkstücke (1, 2), bei welchem zu fügende Randbereiche (3, 4) der Werkstücke aus einer Ebene des jeweiligen Werkstücks (1, 2) um bis zu 90° umgeformt werden, wobei die umgeformten Randbereiche (3, 4) gegeneinander angelegt werden und bei welchem die Randbereiche (3, 4) nachfolgend mittels zumindest eines ersten, eine Relativbewegung zu den Randbereichen (3, 4) aufweisenden Reibelements (5) auf eine vorgegebene Fügetemperatur erwärmt und mit einem Anpressdruck (6) beaufschlagt und unter Verformung gefügt werden.

Provided is an ultrasonic welding device and a method thereof. The device includes an ultrasonic welding horn which is operably coupled to a housing. The device also includes an anvil which is operably coupled to the housing. The device also includes a removable collar assembly which is coupled around a part of the outer surface of the ultrasonic welding horn. The removable collar assembly includes at least first and second set screws, wherein the first and second set screws are in contact with the housing such that the removable collar assembly rotates the ultrasonic welding horn so as to align the ultrasonic welding horn with respect to the anvil when the first set screw and/or the second set screw moves inwardly towards the housing.
