Abstract:
Abstract:
An ultrasonic deposition device for resin part capable of performing deposition simultaneously with dust collection, comprising a support table (5) on which a resin part (4) is placed, a deposition horn (61) moving toward and away from the support table (5) for ultrasonic excitation, an openably movable cover (7) covering a depositing portion, blowing means (8) blowing pressurized air toward the depositing portion, and dust collection means (9) sucking and exhausting air inside the cover (7), whereby the ultrasonic deposition of resin part can be performed so that noise at the time of deposition becomes low and dust and dirt produced during the deposition do not adhere to a product.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a heat-sealing method, in which a polymer material (1) forming the seal is melted or softened with an air flow (4) blown to the sealing point (11). In accordance with the invention, water (7, 9) is added to the air flow in order to increase the moisture content of the hot sealing air. The air is heated by resistance heating or flame heating and the water can be introduced in the hot air flow in the form of water, which subsequently evaporates, or in the form of water vapour. The method is suitable i.a. for producing packaging containers by sealing polymercoated paper or board.
Abstract:
A magnetic disc cartridge includes a casing formed of upper and lower shell halves mated together, a disc-like recording medium supported for rotation in the casing and a liner fixed to each of the inner surfaces of the upper and lower shell halves by ultrasonic welding by use of an ultrasonic welding horn. The liner has an outer contour defined by an outer peripheral edge, a central opening defined by an inner peripheral edge, and a slit-like cutaway portion defined by a pair of linear edges extending between the outer peripheral edge and the inner peripheral edge. The ultrasonic welding horn is provided with a welding pattern in the form of a protrusion pattern formed on a welding face thereof over the entire welding area in which the ultrasonic welding horn is brought into contact with the liner, and the liner is welded to the inner surface of the shell half over the entire area of the liner along the welding pattern.
