A computer-executed process and system for evaluating and adjusting industrial vehicle performance comprises identifying kinematic functions of an industrial vehicle, receiving constraints of an environment in which the industrial vehicle operates, and computing a cutback curve for a parameter of a select kinematic function of the industrial vehicle. A kinematic model of the industrial vehicle is generated based on the kinematic functions, the constraints of the environment, and the cutback curves. A workflow model is defined by defining tasks of the industrial vehicle within the environment, wherein the tasks are based upon the kinematic model. The kinematic model and workflow model is used to simulate a job specification, and the results of the simulation are used to evaluate an industrial vehicle.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Batteriezelle mit einer Überwachungsvorrichtung (10) umfassend eine Datenverarbeitungseinheit (12) zur Verarbeitung von Zustandsdaten (13) der Batteriezelle in Abhängigkeit von einem Auslöseimpuls (15) und einer Auslöseeinheit (14), welche mit der Datenverarbeitungseinheit (12) gekoppelt ist, zur Erzeugung des Auslöseimpulses (15) und Bereitstellung des Auslöseimpulses (15) an die Datenverarbeitungseinheit (12). Die Auslöseeinheit (14) ist dazu ausgelegt ist, ein Messsignal (17) auszuwerten, welches mit einer elektrischen Energie der Batteriezelle korreliert, und den Auslöseimpuls (15) in Abhängigkeit von dem Messsignal (17) zu erzeugen. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Batterie mit einer derartigen Batteriezelle sowie ein Kraftfahrzeug mit einer solchen Batterie. Überdies betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Überwachen zumindest einer derartigen Batteriezelle.
