An inventive high frequency circuit includes a switch circuit (SPDT1), connected to an antenna terminal (Ant1), using a field-effect transistor for switching between a connection with first to third transmitting terminals (Tx1-1, Tx2-1, Tx3-1) and a connection with first to third receiving terminals (Rx1-1, Rx2-1, Rx3-1); a transmitting-side triplexer (Trip1) for branching a transmitting path connected to the switch circuit into transmitting paths of first to third frequency bands; and a receiving-side triplexer (Trip2) for branching a receiving path connected to the switch circuit into receiving paths of the first to third frequency bands. The switch circuit can be formed as an IC to downsize the circuit. For example, in constructing the high frequency circuit with a laminated module using a ceramic laminated substrate or the like, particularly when the number of triplexers occupying a large space is large, the switch circuit is formed as an IC and mounted on the laminated body, whereby the whole structure can be downsized.

The active antenna includes an antenna element (10) which transmits and receives a wireless signal, a filter (20) which filters the wireless signal being received at the antenna element such that a wireless signal belonging to a frequency band lower than the operating frequency of the antenna element is passed, and an amplifier (30) which amplifies the wireless signal being passed through the filter. As a result, the size of the antenna can be greatly reduced, by the use of an active antenna which receives wireless signals of low frequency bands. Additionally, a more compact mobile communication terminal can be provided, because wireless signal of both high frequency bands and low frequency bands can be transmitted and received at one antenna.

L'invention concerne le filtrage en temps continu. Et, plus particulièrement, elle concerne le filtrage dans une boucle d'asservissement, par exemple dans un modulateur sigma delta. La réalisation de filtre pour ce type d'application rencontre un problème majeur lié à la relativité entre réponses d'amplitude et de phase qui limite les possibilités de choix pour se prémunir de l'instabilité de la boucle. L'objet de l'invention consiste en un filtre en temps continu à variation de phase minimale réalisant l'intégration passe-bande du signal présenté sur son entrée. La réalisation de filtre en temps continu comme intégrateur passe bande pose le problème du compromis entre variations de gain et variations de phase au voisinage des points -1, compromis qui doit aboutir à la stabilité de la boucle. Ce problème est résolu en utilisant un filtre temps continu intégrateur passe bande comportant au moins un dispositif de résonance à variation de phase minimale.
