(2) Further, there is provided the cleaning filling liquid (1) containing polyether modified silicone oil. (3) Furthermore, there is provided a cleaning, filling, and storing method for the inkjet recording device, filled with the cleaning filling liquid and storing the cleaning filling liquid after cleaning the liquid flow path by dipping with the cleaning filling liquid.

This method includes still installing the compressor in a compressor driving means used for the engine on the one hand by separating the high pressure downstream side of the compressor from an intercooler or from an intake manifold in a non-intercooler type engine in a state of stopping the engine. An output air flow from the compressor is deflected from the engine, and is turned to a processing unit or a means for separating the cleaning liquid from air.
