PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning filling liquid that has: the function as a cleaning liquid capable of sufficiently cleaning a liquid flow path; and the function as a filling liquid preventing cleaning residues of ink used for print inspection from aggregating, and causing neither corrosion into a liquid flow path member nor problems in ink filling.SOLUTION: (1) There are provided an inkjet recording device and a cleaning filling liquid for a liquid flow path of ink cartridge used for the device, and the cleaning filling liquid contains: at least water; and 10.0 to 45.0 mass% of whole amount of the cleaning filling liquid of N,N-dimethyl-β-methoxypropionamide. (2) Further, there is provided the cleaning filling liquid (1) containing polyether modified silicone oil. (3) Furthermore, there is provided a cleaning, filling, and storing method for the inkjet recording device, filled with the cleaning filling liquid and storing the cleaning filling liquid after cleaning the liquid flow path by dipping with the cleaning filling liquid.

The embodiments of the present invention provide improved materials for cleaning patterned substrates with fine features. The cleaning materials have advantages in cleaning patterned substrates with fine features without substantially damaging the features. The cleaning materials are fluid, either in liquid phase, or in liquid/gas phase, and deform around device features; therefore, the cleaning materials do not substantially damage the device features or reduce damage all together. The cleaning materials containing polymers of a polymeric compound with large molecular weight capture the contaminants on the substrate. In addition, the cleaning materials entrap the contaminants and do not return the contaminants to the substrate surface. The polymers of one or more polymeric compounds with large molecular weight form long polymer chains, which can also be cross-linked to form a network (or polymeric network). The long polymer chains and/or polymer network show superior capabilities of capturing and entrapping contaminants, in comparison to conventional cleaning materials.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of cleaning sediment without consuming a cleaning liquid by an engine in a state of operating the engine, by removing the sediment of a turbocharger and supercharger compressor, without disassembling the compressor. SOLUTION: This method is provided for removing the sediment from at least one compressor driven by the engine. This method includes still installing the compressor in a compressor driving means used for the engine on the one hand by separating the high pressure downstream side of the compressor from an intercooler or from an intake manifold in a non-intercooler type engine in a state of stopping the engine. An output air flow from the compressor is deflected from the engine, and is turned to a processing unit or a means for separating the cleaning liquid from air.
