PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain degradation of lubricating oil of a supercharger caused by exhaust gas of a pressurized fluidized bed incinerator.SOLUTION: A pressurized incineration facility comprises: a pressurized incinerator 1 for incinerating objects pressurized by compressed air; a supercharger 5 that is rotated by exhaust gas of the pressurized incinerator 1 and generates compressed air; and sealing means for blowing sealing gas to a back surface of a turbine impeller 5a of the supercharger 5.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for disposing wastes comprising the steps of conducting a hydrothermal decomposition reaction of the wastes, separating the products into a solid fuel and waste water, combusting the solid fuel, scrubbing the combustion gas, generating steam using the heat generated by the combustion, and purifying the waste water, exhibit a high energy-efficiency, while exhibiting a high removal rate of the pollutants generated during the combustion.
Abstract:
In apparatus and method for waste treatment by pyrolysis, treated waste is flushed through a grid (18) to trap recyclable material in the pyrolysis chamber (24). Pyrolysis is carried out at a temperature of from 400-700° C. and off-gases are dissolved in a solution in scrubber (13) for disposal in a water course. Water is introduced into the chamber as superheated steam via pipes (5) so as both to flush away treated material and clean the chamber. Recyclable waste is separated from non-recyclable by treating non-recyclable waste by pyrolysis, and flushing treated non-recyclable waste away through liquid exhaust (8). Apparatus is made as a modular, free-standing unit and comprises plugs for connection to an electricity supply, to a water supply, and to a sewerage system (16) and has a chamber with a volume in the range 0.01-0.5m3.

선회류식 플라즈마 연소 반응기에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명은, 내부가 중공으로 비워져 있는 연소 용기; 상기 연소 용기에 폐기물을 유입시키기 위해 연소 용기안으로 폐기물의 공급을 유도하는 폐기물 공급로; 상기 연소 용기 내부에 플라즈마를 발생시키고 발생되는 플라즈마 제트에 회전 기류를 형성, 상기 폐기물 공급로를 따라 공급되는 폐기물을 선회 회전 유동으로 거동하도록 상기 연소 용기의 외벽을 따라 배치된 복수의 플라즈마 토치들; 및 상기 연소 용기에 구비되는 연소공기 유도로;를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
