摘要: A hydraulic driving system includes a hydraulic pump, a driving source, a hydraulic cylinder, a closed circuit hydraulic path between the pump and cylinder, a pump-flow-rate control unit controlling a discharge flow rate of the pump, a flow rate control valve between the pump and the cylinder in the fluid path, a directional control unit, a target flow rate setting unit and a control device. The directional control unit allows a flow of fluid from the pump to the cylinder and prohibits a flow of fluid from the cylinder to the pump when fluid is supplied from the pump to the cylinder via the flow rate control valve. The control device controls fluid flow to the cylinder with the flow rate control valve when the target flow rate is within a prescribed range, and with the pump-flow-rate control unit when the target flow rate is greater than the prescribed range.

摘要: A hydraulic driving system includes a hydraulic pump, a driving source, a hydraulic cylinder, a closed circuit hydraulic path between the pump and cylinder, a pump-flow-rate control unit controlling a discharge flow rate of the pump, a flow rate control valve between the pump and the cylinder in the fluid path, a directional control unit, a target flow rate setting unit and a control device. 摘要: A first target engine speed is set in response to a command value commanded by a command unit. A second target engine speed equal to or lower than the first target engine speed is set based on the first target engine speed. When the first target engine speed is reduced, the second target engine speed is set to be constant or be decreased and a reduction range for decreasing the first target engine speed to the second target engine speed is set to be decreased. The reduction range is set at zero when the first target engine speed is equal to or lower than an engine speed at least at a maximum torque point.

摘要: A multiple valve includes first and second valve units respectively having first and second valve bodies. The first and second valve bodies have respective spool bores therein; and a respective spool is inserted in the spool bore of each of the first and second valve bodies. The first and second valve bodies of the first and second valve units also have inlet ports, tank ports, and first and second blocks having mounting holes, the blocks and a respective valve body being fixedly coupled together by means of stud bolts. The first block has a first threaded hole on one side surface thereof for receiving the stud bolt, and a second threaded hole on another side surface thereof for receiving a cover bolt. A pump passage, a main passage and a tank passage extend between the one side surface and the another side surface of the first block, and a stud bolt extends through the second block and is engaged with the first threaded hole. A cover is fixedly mounted on the another side surface of the first block by a cover bolt which is engaged with the second threaded hole, the cover having a cut-out groove therein for communicating the pump passage with the main passage.

摘要: This invention has for its aim to provide a hydraulic circuit system arranged such that, even at the time of commencement of drive of a hydraulic actuator with a large inertia, a slow rise in the drive pressure can be achieved, thereby preventing the occurrence of hunting phenomenon. The hydraulic circuit system according to the present invention comprises a plurality of operating valves (15) provided in a discharge conduit (10a) of a hydraulic pump (10), and pressure compensating valves (18) provided in connection conduits between these operating valves (15) and respective hydraulic actuators (16), wherein each of the pressure compensating valves (18) is set at a highest value of load pressures of each of the hydraulic actuators (16), and the displacement of the pump is controlled by a change-over valve (14) adapted to be actuated by the difference between the pump discharge pressure and the load pressure. The hydraulic circuit comprises a bypass conduit (31) connected with a load pressure introduction conduit (30) for introducing the load pressure into a pressure receiving portion of the change-over valve (14). This bypass conduit is connected through a bypass valve (32) adapted to conduct throttling of fluid in inverse proportion to the change in the area of opening of each of the operating valves (15).

摘要: An operation valve having a pressure compensation valve of relatively simple non-complicated internal body structure. In the valve body, a load pressure introducing passage, a check valve and a restriction are formed inside the spool comprising the operation valve. An intermediate pressure between an inlet pressure and an outlet pressure of the compensation valve which is arranged in the valve body, may be supplied to a pressure receiving section of the pressure compensation valve through an oil hole of the spool. The operation valve with the pressure compensation valve is of simple construction and may be easily manufactured.

In the hydraulic apparatus (20) according to a second aspect of the present invention. when actuating valves are made to assume neutral position, holding pressures of hydraulic actuators (5, 5') are permitted to act on flow rate decreasing side pressure receiving surfaces (4b, 4b') of pressure compensating valves (4), (4') so that spools of the pressure compensating valves are held at compensating position, thereby improving the response of the hydraulic actuators (5, 5') to lever actuation.
