Abstract: A detection device for vehicles includes a base section fixed to a body of a vehicle, and a bearing having an outer ring member, an inner ring member, and rolling elements, which rotatably supports a wheel of the vehicle against the base section. Abstract: A detection apparatus includes a base part, a bearing, a discoid rotating part for detection, and a displacement detection unit. The bearing has a first bearing member fixed to a rotating object, and a second bearing member fixed to the base part. The rotating part for detection is provided so as to rotate together with the first bearing member and extends radially outward of the bearing with respect to the first bearing member. Abstract: In a vehicle collision determination apparatus, a position calculation unit calculates a trajectory of a target that is a movement trajectory of the target, and calculates an entrainment trajectory of the vehicle that is a movement trajectory of the vehicle during a turn, and calculate a position of collision where a collision is likely to occur between the vehicle and the target based on the trajectory of the target and the entrainment trajectory of the vehicle. A time calculation unit calculates a time to collision (TTC) that is a time it takes for the target to reach the position of collision. In response to the time to collision being equal to or less than a predefined determination threshold, a risk determination unit determines that there is a risk of collision between the vehicle and the target.

Abstract: A timing adjustment method for a drive circuit, including: a rise detector for a rise start when a voltage-driven semiconductor element is turned off; a timing signal output unit outputting a speed change timing signal after a set delay time has elapsed from the rise start; and a conduction controller for a conduction control terminal of the semiconductor element using the timing signal, comprises: defining an estimated terminal voltage of the conduction control terminal when a rise completion time elapses; increasing a delay time by a predetermined unit time, and changing the drive signal to a turning off level again, when the conduction control terminal doesn't fall below the estimated terminal voltage after the drive signal is changed to a turning off level before the level is inverted; and determining a delay time, when the conduction control terminal falls below the estimated terminal voltage initially, as a set value.

Abstract: A rotation detection apparatus includes a signal detector and a determination circuit. The signal detector outputs a first signal and a second signal based on changes in respective resistance values of magnetoresistive element pairs. The first signal has a waveform corresponding to convexities and concavities of a rotor, while the second signal has a waveform differing in phase from the first signal. Abstract: To provide a high accuracy temperature detection device, a D/A conversion circuit includes a ladder network, constant current circuits and switch circuits. A temperature sensing circuit such as a diode is kept at a threshold temperature of a protecting operation against overheating and the switch circuits are switched according to a predetermined adjustment data value such that a temperature detection voltage is in a prescribed range. Abstract: Magnets are arranged at intervals along a stroke direction with an interposed space. Magnetic pole surfaces of adjacent ones of the magnets have opposite poles.
