    摘要: A power output stage has a Darlington-pair circuit (11, 12) for switching an inductive load, especially the ignition coil of an internalcombustion engine. In order to predetermine the operating mode of the power output stage, a switch (24) is provided which bridges the base-emitter junction of the Darlington-pair circuit (11, 12), is closed in the event of a quick disconnection of the output stage, and is opened in the event of a voltage-limited disconnection of the output stage. A voltage divider, which consists of at least two resistors (16, 18) and bridges the switching junction of the Darlington-pair circuit (11, 12), is connected by means of its pick-off to the junction point between the switch (24) and the base of the Darlington-pair circuit (11, 12), the switch (24) being connected in parallel with a part (18) of the voltage divider. When the switch (24) is open, the Darlington-pair circuit is consequently raised again upon reaching a lower limiting voltage of, for example, 35 volts over the resistor (16), so that, in the case of driving an ignition coil, a spark-free disconnection is achieved. Only a very few, simple and cheap components are required for this purpose.

The R-C member is preadjusted so as to be charged to the preset voltage level at the time point of the transition from a lower to the upper speed range.

    摘要: A three-stage Darlington transistor circuit having a power transistor (T.sub.3), a driver transistor (T.sub.2) and an initial transistor (T.sub.1) is provided. The collectors of these three transistors are connected with one another, while the emitter of the driver transistor (T.sub.2) is connected to the base of the power transistor (T.sub.3), and the emitter of the initial transistor (T.sub.1) is connected to the base of the driver transistor (T.sub.2). Connected to the base of the driver transistor (T.sub.2) is a series circuit comprising a first resistor (R.sub.1), which is connected directly to this base, and a Zener diode (ZD), the anode of the Zener diode being connected with the resistor (R.sub.1); and a second resistor (R.sub.2); the second resistor (R.sub.2) is connected in parallel to the emitter-base path of the driver transistor (T.sub.2). Upon the attainment of a predetermined voltage at the cathode of the Zener diode (ZD), the driver transistor (T.sub.2) and the power transistor (T.sub.3) are switched ON. The temperature dependency of this switch-on voltage can be adjusted by varying the resistance ratio of these two resistors (R.sub.1, R.sub.2).

    摘要: To facilitate assembly and provide for high-level output from a deceleration sensor which provides, inherently, only very low level output, an evaluation circuit, such as an amplifier structure, is connected immediately adjacent the deceleration sensor on a common metal plate, interconnected thereby by bonding wires, the common plate having connecting pins (18) passing therethrough for connection to a standard plug-and-socket connector; the evaluation circuit and the deceleration sensor are enclosed within a common sealed housing, so that both the deceleration sensor (12, 12') as well as the evaluation circuit (16, 17) are sealed against ambient influences, preferably retained within a high-viscosity fluid, such as insulating oil. All elements can be located on one side of the housing, in which a standard T5 transistor housing is suitable; or the deceleration sensor may be located on the other side of the metal plate (10) from the evaluation circuit, in which case a plastic housing can be used, only the deceleration sensor being secured to the metal plate by a metal housing cap, sealed to the metal plate.

    摘要: An acceleration sensor, which is particularly adapted for use in motor vehicles, is improved by structuring it to be readily testable, to assure reliability before installation. The acceleration sensor has a piezo element (1), which consists of at least two piezo-electric plates (2) placed on top of each other, the piezo-electrical polarization of which is oriented in opposite directions. At least two electrodes (9) are placed on each of the topside (7) and the underside (8) of the piezo element (1). For testing the sensor, the piezo element is deformed by the application of an electrical voltage to electrodes (9) of a first lateral portion (11a) of the piezo element. This deformation is detected by means of a deformation-generated voltage at the electrodes (9) of a second lateral portion (11b) of the piezo element.
