    摘要: A method of preparing a composite of organic and inorganic compounds includes the steps of reacting a mixed solution of a metal alkoxide and a silicon-containing compound with a catalyst to produce an alcogel of a metal oxide or a complex metal oxide. The metal alkoxide is prepared by reacting at least one metal with an alcohol and the mixed solution is prepared by mixing the metal alkoxide with the silicon-containing compound. An alcogel is produced from the reacting step and alcohol is impregnated within the inorganic oxide lattice structure of the alcogel. Furthermore, the method of preparing a composite of an organic and an inorganic compound includes the steps of centrifuging the alcogel to separate any alcohol from the alcogel to form a gel, adding an organic monomer the gel and polymerizing the organic monomer in-situ to form an organic polymer. The resulting composite has characteristics of both the parent organic and inorganic compounds.

    摘要: A display apparatus having a liquid crystal panel, comprises a light source part comprising a plurality of point light sources for supplying light to the liquid crystal panel. The light source part is partitioned into a plurality of light source zones. A light source driving part supplies power to the light source part. A plurality of channel parts sense luminescence of the point light sources for each of the light source zones and output light-emission information of the point light sources based on the sensed luminescence. A controller compares the light-emission information output from the plurality of channel parts with a pre-set reference value. If a difference between the light-emission information and the reference value is out of a predetermined allowable range, the controller sequentially adjusts PWM control signals which are output to the light source driving part, for each of the light source zones.

    摘要: A lithium composite oxide (LiaNi(1−x−y)CoxMyO2, where M is at least one metal atom selected from the group consisting of Al, Ca, Mg and B, a=0.97˜1.05, x=0.1˜0.3, and y=0˜0.05), prepared by a method including the steps of: (a) coprecipitating a Ni—Co composite hydroxide by adding an aqueous ammonia solution as a complexing agent, and an alkaline solution as a pH-adjusting agent, to an aqueous mixed solution containing a cobalt salt and a nickel salt; (b) adding lithium hydroxide to the composite hydroxide and thermally treating the mixture at 280˜420° C.; and (c) thermally treating the resultant of the step (b) at 650˜750° C. The average particle diameter of the lithium composite oxide decreases, or the tap density thereof increases, depending on the coprecipitation time. When the lithium composite oxide is used as a positive electrode active material, a lithium ion secondary cell having a high capacity can be obtained.

    摘要: In a mono/stereo input circuit for use in an audio equipment, and more particularly in a circuit for automatically recognizing and receiving mono/stereo audio signals, although a mono connector is inserted into a stereo jack, such an insertion of the mono connector is automatically recognized and then a stereo circuit can operate as a form of a mono circuit. The circuit for automatically recognizing and receiving the mono/stereo audio signals utilizes a fact that one connection terminal of the jack is grounded or not according to a type of the connector such as a mono connector and a stereo connector which is inserted into the jack. Accordingly, a resistor used as a voltage generator generates a generation voltage according to such a connector recognition. Also, using a difference between the generated voltage, the analog switches are turned on or off, to obtain a mono or a stereo audio signal processing circuit according to a type of the inserted connector. Accordingly, the present invention has an effect that a type of the inserted connector can be automatically recognized, and an external source or a microphone input circuit can operate without having any inconveniences to change a selector switch each time when a user exchanges a stereo input signal with a mono input signal.
