Abstract: An apparatus and system are described to support secondary cell (SCell) dormancy switching when cross-carrier scheduling (CCS) from SCell to primary cell (PCell) transmission is supported are described. A physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) transmission on the sSCell has a downlink control information format (DCI) format 0_1 or 1_1 containing a SCell dormancy indication field and a CIF are used to indicate CCS and SCell dormancy switching to deactivate the SCell. The CIF value is either 0 or indicates the PCell and may depend on whether physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission is scheduled. The DCI triggers bandwidth part (BWP) switching for the PCell to indicate to the UE to switch to monitoring UE-specific search space sets on the PCell instead of on the SCell.

Abstract: Embodiments of interference coordination for aerial vehicle user equipment (UE) are described. In some embodiments, a base station (BS) is configured to select a subset of time-frequency resources dedicated for use in serving aerial vehicle UEs and communicate with the aerial vehicle UEs via the subset of time-frequency resources. In some embodiments, the BS may transmit signaling to a neighbor BS that indicates the BS has dedicated the subset of time-frequency resources for serving aerial vehicle UEs and the subset of time-frequency resources to be used. The BS may receive an indication from the neighbor BS that a neighbor BS is to dedicate the subset of time-frequency resources to serve aerial vehicle UE, and based on the indication, the BS may reduce transmission activities in the subset of time-frequency resources, including refraining from transmitting or reducing an amount of information or power level of signaling to the aerial vehicle UEs.

Abstract: An apparatus is configured for a user equipment (UE) device. The apparatus comprises baseband circuitry and/or application circuitry which includes a radio frequency (RF) interface and one or more processors. The one or more processors are configured to generate a physical random access channel (PRACH) within a slot at a medium access control (MAC) layer, generate a scheduling request (SR) within the slot at the MAC layer, determine a PRACH prioritization and an SR prioritization at a physical layer according to a prioritization rule; and provide the PRACH and the SR to the RF interface for transmission according to the prioritization rule.

Abstract: Wireless device, method, and computer readable media are disclosed for determining which channel status information (CSI) report of a user equipment (UE) to drop from a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) packet. The method may include determining that a first CSI report and a second CSI report are to be sent in the PUCCH, where the first CSI report has a first reporting type and a first CSI sub-frame set, and the second CSI report has a second reporting type and a second CSI sub-frame set. The method may include determining to drop the first CSI report if the first CSI sub-frame set has a second lower priority than the second CSI sub-frame set. The determination to drop may be further based on a CSI processor index, serving cell index, and the CSI report priority.

The UE can determine when the downlink control channel is an enhanced physical downlink control channel (EPDCCH). The UE can select an enhanced physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource allocation for a hybrid automatic retransmission re-quest-acknowledge (HARQ-ACK) transmission when the downlink control channel is the EPDCCH.
