Abstract: A method for applying semantic information to data in a building management system (BMS). The method includes receiving unrecognized data from equipment associated with the BMS, the unrecognized data comprising a first value and an associated device identifier; providing the unrecognized data as input to a first learning model to generate a first output, the first output indicative of semantic information corresponding to the first value evaluated individually; providing the unrecognized data as input to a second learning model to generate a second output, the second output indicative of semantic information corresponding to the first value evaluated in context of a second value associated with the device identifier; and applying semantic information to the unrecognized data based on the first output and the second output. The method allows for users to configure building management systems with automatically generated semantic data tags.

Abstract: A method of predicting a time of effect of an intervention of a point of a Building Management System (BMS). The method includes evaluating a first input to determine how an intervention of a point will affect a variable of the BMS; predicting a time at which the intervention will affect the variable of the BMS; presenting feedback to a user via a user interface before implementing the intervention of the point, the feedback comprising the time at which the intervention of the point is predicted to affect the variable; and implementing the intervention or a cancellation of the intervention based at least in part on a second input from the user or an automated response to the feedback. The method allows for users to determine whether to implement proposed interventions in real-time.

Abstract: A building management system includes a database and a controller. The database stores data points, and the controller receives a selection of a control group defining a process variable. Abstract: A fault resolution system includes a fault triage system, a fault resolutions database, and a user device. The fault triage system generates rankings for a plurality of faults detected in a building system and prioritizes the detected faults according to the rankings. The fault resolutions database stores one or more potential resolutions for each of the detected faults and a success rate for each of the potential resolutions. The user device receives the prioritized faults, the potential resolutions, and the success rates from the fault triage system and provides resolution feedback to the fault triage system indicating whether the potential resolutions were successful in resolving the detected faults. The fault triage system uses the resolution feedback to update the success rates stored in the fault resolutions database.
