    摘要： An electronic device includes a plurality of thin film transistors (TFTs) which commonly use source and drain electrodes and which are arranged in parallel in the channel direction. Each TFT comprises a thin semiconductor film formed on a substrate. A gate insulative layer is arranged between at least one surface of the thin semiconductor film and a gate electrode. A source electrode and a drain electrode are arranged over at least one of the surfaces of the thin semiconductor film. With this electronic device, the parasitic capacitances which are generated among the gage, source, and drain electrodes are constant without depending on the patterning accuracy, and the offset components which are applied to the output signal hardly cause a variation. Thus, the good TFT characteristic is obtained.

    摘要： The present invention enables connection between a wireless sensor node and a service server while reducing load on the wireless sensor node.The wireless sensor node transmits a router solicitation message to a gateway apparatus; the gateway apparatus analyzes the message to extract the discrete information of a device or service, searches for a service server based on such information and acquires the configuration information necessary for execution of a service application of the wireless sensor node; the gateway apparatus multicasts the received router solicitation message into a link; a router within the link receives the router solicitation message, and multicast a router advertisement message which contains the prefix information of an address, etc. into a link; the gateway apparatus sets the acquired configuration information in the router advertisement message and transfers the resultant message to the wireless sensor node; and the wireless sensor node analyzes the message.

    摘要： A portable information terminal includes: a position detecting section that detects a position of the portable information terminal; a selecting section that selects a guidance target object for which voice guidance is to be provided, and detects a guidance target direction that is a direction in which the guidance target object exists with respect to a reference direction, on the basis of a direction in which the guidance target object exists with respect to the position of the portable information terminal; a voice synthesis section that generates a synthetic voice so that a guidance voice for the guidance target object selected by the selecting section is heard from the guidance target direction; and a voice output section that outputs the synthetic voice generated by the voice synthesis section.
