    摘要: An electronic means senses the difference in rotational speed between a main shaft gear to be engaged and the main shaft, and actuates a friction disc assembly to connect the low gear to the main shaft to accelerate the countershaft and thus the gear to be engaged if the gear speed is lower than the main shaft speed, and to connect the first gear to the transmission casing to decelerate the countershaft and thus the gear if the gear speed is higher than the main shaft speed, shifting from neutral into the desired gear ratio is prevented until the gear and main shaft speeds are synchronized.

    摘要: A limited-slip differential gear unit has end adjustable slip-limitation according to the operation mode of the adjustable suspension system. A control system for the limited-slip differential gear unit, which controls the slip-limitation is associated with a suspension control system to receive therefrom a suspension mode indicative signal to select one of a plurality of preset characteristics to derive a slip-limit control signal. The limited-slip differential gear unit includes a slip-limit adjusting mechanism which is responsive to the control signal for adjusting the slip-limitation to be generated by the limited-slip differential gear unit.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing a twisted polyester filament yarn having a high level of twist used for a woven or knitted crepe fabric.A method of this invention comprises imparting a high level of twist to a polyester filament yarn which has particular properties, and heat setting said twisted polyester filament yarn. The first of these properties which the polyester filament yarn has is that a boil-off shrinkage in boiling water is in the range of 0% to 5%. The second is that a thermal shrinkage stress at 140.degree. C. in hot air is more than 0.03 g/de. The third is that a ratio of a thermal shrinkage stress at 180.degree. C. in hot air to a thermal shrinkage stress at 140.degree. C. is more than 1.0.The polyester filament yarn which has above mentioned properties can be obtained by repeating heat treatment several times at a temperature from 160.degree. C. to 220.degree. C. in hot air, stretching the polyester filament yarn in a range of 2% to 10% and successively shrinking it in the same range, or by being subjected to heat treatment at a temperature from 160.degree. C. to 220.degree. C. in hot air, shrinking restrictively the polyester filament yarn in a range of 0% to 10% under the relaxed state.

    摘要: A four wheel drive system of a vehicle has a transfer clutch capable of varying clutch torque transmitted therethrough from an engine to front wheels. The clutch torque is controlled by a driving force distribution control unit in accordance with a front and rear wheel speed difference determined from signals from front and rear wheel speed sensors. Preferably, the control unit controls a distribution ratio of a front wheel driving force to a rear wheel driving force by controlling the clutch torque of the transfer clutch in such a manner that the distribution ratio decreases as the wheel speed difference increases when the wheel speed difference is positive, that is the front wheel speed is higher than the rear wheel speed, and that the distribution ratio increases as the absolute value of the wheel speed difference increases when the wheel speed difference is negative.

    摘要: A four wheel drive system of a vehicle has a transfer clutch capable of varying torque transmitted therethrough from an engine to front wheels. This torque is controlled by a driving force distribution control unit in response to sensor signals of vehicle cornering behavior sensor such as a lateral acceleration sensor, vehicle speed sensor, transmission gear position sensor, and accelerator position sensor. The control unit determines a driving force distribution ratio between the front wheel driving force and the rear wheel driving force in accordance with the sensed lateral acceleration in such a manner that the share of the driving force apportioned to the front wheels is decreased with increase of the lateral acceleration. The control unit estimates a total driving force produced by the engine and transmitted through the transmission to the transfer, from the vehicle speed, gear position and accelerator position, and determines the torque of the transfer clutch from the total driving force and the distribution ratio.
