    摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. An access and mobility management function (AMF) associated with a first radio access network (RAN) may identify a user equipment (UE) connected to a source base station of the first RAN. The AMF may receive a handover message including a voice call continuity handover trigger message indicating a handover of the UE to a target base station associated with a second RAN. In some examples, the AMF may transmit a bypass handover message to a second network device based a on the received handover message. In some cases, the bypass handover message may include the voice call continuity handover trigger message. In some examples, the second network device is a mobility management entity (MME) associated with an Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN).

    摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit assistance information indicating a type of in-device coexistence (IDC) interference at the UE, and indicating a set of associated interference parameters that correspond to an interference pattern of the IDC interference in a time domain, a frequency domain, or both. The set of interference parameters and the interference pattern may describe a pattern of the IDC interference in the time domain, the frequency domain, or both. The UE may receive a message indicating one or more operating parameters associated with a time period that is based on the interference pattern. The operating parameters may be based on the type of IDC, the set of interference parameters, and the interference pattern, and may enable the UE to communicate with a network entity to maintain signaling throughput while decreasing effects of the IDC interference.

The UE may measure, at an application layer of the UE, a set of quality of experience variables associated with different service types. The UE may measure, at an access stratum of the UE, a set of radio resource management variables associated with the communication link between the UE and the serving base station and a communication link between the UE and a corresponding set of one or more neighboring base stations associated with the communication links. The UE may transmit a measurement report to the serving base station indicating information associated with the quality of experience variables and the radio resource management variables in a multi-layer readable format.

    摘要: Wireless communications systems and methods related to on-demand ultra-reliable, low-latency communication (URLLC) are provided. In one embodiment, a base station (BS) receives, from a user equipment (UE) in a first cell frequency, a request for a protocol data unit (PDU) session over a network slice. The BS receives, from a core network entity, a resource configuration request for the PDU session over the network slice. The BS transmits, to the core network entity, a resource configuration response indicating a cause for rejecting the resource configuration request. In one embodiment, a UE transmits, in a first cell frequency of a network, a network registration request message requesting a network slice of the network that is not provided by the first cell frequency. The UE receives a network registration response message indicating the network slice is allowed based on a second cell frequency of the network providing the network slice requested.
