    摘要: A cleaning device comprises: a to-be-cleaned member; a cleaning member that cleans the surface of the to-be-cleaned member; a conveying member that conveys a substance removed from the surface of the to-be-cleaned member to outside of the device; a rotatable collecting member that conveys with its surface the substance toward the conveying member; and a partitioning member that guides the substance from the collecting member to the conveying member. The collecting member comprises a conveying portion that carries and conveys the substance; and a protrusion that protrudes toward an upstream side of the conveying portion in a rotating direction of the collecting member. One end of the partitioning member faces the rotating collecting member, and the other end faces the conveying member. The conveying portion and the protrusion are brought into contact with the partitioning member by the rotation of the collecting member.

    摘要: A mechanical seal device in which, between a processing equipment which performs processing under a sterile condition and a rotary shaft used with its one end inserted in the processing equipment from an atmosphere side, seal parts are disposed outside the processing equipment at least at two places along a length direction of the rotary shaft from the processing equipment side toward the atmosphere side seals the rotary shaft, and when the inside of the processing equipment and the seal parts are sterilized, the atmosphere-side seal part is also easily and surely sterilized similarly to the other seal part. An airtight area is provided on an atmosphere side of an atmosphere-side seal part so that an area communicating with the atmosphere-side seal part is kept airtight all along a circumferential direction of a rotary shaft, and sterilizing gas supplied to a sealing fluid supplied area, which is an area between the rotary shaft and a device main body of the mechanical seal device, in order to sterilize the seal parts is retained in the airtight area.

The light emitting device includes a light-emitting element which emits light of a predetermined wavelength and a wavelength conversion portion which includes a fluorescent substance which is excited by the light emitted from the light-emitting element so as to emit fluorescence of a wavelength different from the predetermined wavelength, which wavelength conversion portion is formed by including the fluorescent substance, a layered silicate mineral, and an organometallic compound. The forming the wavelength conversion portion includes forming a fluorescent substance layer on the light-emitting element using a fluorescent substance dispersion liquid including a fluorescent substance and a layered silicate mineral, applying a precursor solution including an organometallic compound on the light-emitting element, and heating the precursor solution applied on the fluorescent substance layer.
