摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a novel ethylene-α-olefin copolymer excellent in crosslinking properties; a foamed molded article having a low specific gravity and a low compression set (CS) and a composition capable of producing the foamed molded article, footwear parts composed of a foamed molded article; an ethylenic copolymer composition excellent in balance between weather resistance and mechanical strength, and an electric wire coating material and an electric wire sheath using the ethylenic copolymer composition; and a thermoplastic elastomer capable of producing a molded article excellent in balance between mechanical strength and toughness. The ethylenic copolymer (A) of the present invention is a copolymer composed of only ethylene and an α-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and is characterized in that vinyl-group content (a) per 1000 carbon atoms as measured by infrared absorption spectroscopy, MFR10/MFR2.16 (b), and the specific gravity (c) are within a specific range.

摘要： The present invention provides a resin composition capable of providing foams (non-crosslinked and crosslinked foams) which have low specific gravity and low compression set (CS) and are excellent in tensile strength properties, tear strength properties and vibration-damping properties at room temperature to high temperatures, and a foam of the resin composition. The resin composition for foams of the present invention comprises 5 to 95 parts by weight of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (A) and 5 to 95 parts by weight of a hydrogenated copolymer (B) obtained by hydrogenating a copolymer comprising a conjugated diene and a vinyl aromatic compound, and is characterized in that the hydrogenated copolymer (B) does not have a glass transition point of not higher than −10° C. when measured at a frequency of 1 Hz in accordance with JIS-K7198.

The foam is preferably obtained from a foaming composition that includes an ethylene polymer (A) including a specific ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (A1) and an ethylene/polar monomer copolymer (A2) in a specific mass ratio, and a specific ethylene/C3-20 α-olefin/non-conjugated polyene copolymer (B).

摘要： A light reflective sheet is here disclosed which comprises a porous resin sheet and a protective layer laminated on at least one surface of the porous resin sheet; the porous resin sheet comprises a polyolefin resin and 100 to 300 parts by weight of a finely powdery inorganic filler with respect to 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin; the porous resin sheet is stretched at an area stretch magnification of 1.5 to 20 times; the light reflectance of the porous resin sheet at a wave length of 550 nm is 95% or more; and the stiffness of the light reflective sheet is at least 50 mm. A light reflector using the light reflective sheet is also disclosed. Preferably, the protective layer has a function as a UV light protective layer and/or a light leakage preventing auxiliary layer. The light reflective sheet is excellent in light resistant to ultraviolet light and the like, structure holding properties and light reflectivity, and so it is useful as a light reflective sheet for back light units of liquid crystal displays of word processors, personal computers, televisions and the like as well as lights, copying machines, projector system displays, facsimiles, electronic blackboards and the like.
