By using an aligning aperture (12) of a thin sheet (1), a plurality of the elementary units are stacked to form a laminated structure. From a side surface of the laminated structure, leads (13) are extended to be connected to a wiring board (241), or after the leads (13) are buried in an insulator (8), the leads (13) and insulator (8) are abraded to form a coplanar surface and then a wiring layer (82) for interconnecting is formed on the abraded surface. A usual chip can be mounted on the chip carrying member (1) without any work with a high accuracy in alignment of the lamination and furthermore with a high accuracy in a lamination pitch of the chip carrying member (1), so that the leads (13) of the chip (10) can be wired precisely and finely. A low cost and high density three-dimensional packaging structure can be realized.

The mobile communication terminal equipment includes a satellite transceiver and a portable set. The satellite transceiver has a satellite transmission/reception circuit. As required, the portable set is disconnected from the satellite transceiver to be carried by the user. The portable set includes a terrestrial transmission/reception circuit, a signal input/output circuit and a connection selecting switch. The connection selecting switch is automatically controlled to connect the signal input/output circuit selectively to one of the satellite and terrestrial transmission/reception circuits. When the satellite transmission/reception circuit is in connection with the signal input/output circuit, the communication through the satellite wireless communication system can be carried out. When the terrestrial transmission/reception circuit is connected to the signal input/output circuit, the communication through the terrestrial wireless communication system can be carried out.

An antenna system having a main reflector, a sub-reflector, and a plurality of horns for radiating different frequencies includes a beam waveguide system which cancels cross polarization otherwise inherent in the system. If the antenna system uses a non-rotationally-symmetric sub-reflector the cross polarization caused thereby is cancelled by the beam waveguide system having at least two focusing reflectors and selected parameters. Alternatively the beam waveguide system can be used with a rotationally symmetric and stationary sub-reflector by being positioned to reflect said beam on the axis of the main reflector. Either the horns or the focusing reflectors may be rotatably switched, the other group being stationary.

Each one end of the bars are fixed to the end wall of a rectangular waveguide and the other end is extending outwardly along the axis of the rectangular waveguide, thus these four dielectric bars are excited by externally applied electromagnetic waves. The four dielectric bars respectively cause the electric field to converge on the bars, and the single horn with four internally inserted dielectric bars acts as if it is partitioned into four horns.
