摘要： A manifold having a first side, a second side, a first channel extending from the first side to the second side, and a second channel extending from the first side to the second side is disclosed. The first channel and the second channel each define a linear longitudinal axis. In one embodiment, the first channel longitudinal axis and the second channel longitudinal axis are oblique to the first side and the second side of the manifold. The manifold of the present disclosure provides channels that can be easily cleaned and allow for an increased flow performance.

摘要： The mixing system includes a first container filled with a polyol composition, a second container filled with an isocyanate composition, and a stationary mixer configured to mix the polyol composition discharged from the first container and the isocyanate composition discharged from the second container. The polyol composition includes a polyol, a catalyst, and a low boiling point compound having a boiling point of less than 0° C. The isocyanate composition includes an isocyanate compound and a low boiling point compound having a boiling point of less than 0° C. The first container and the second container each have an internal pressure in a range of 0.3 to 1.0 MPa at 35° C., and a mixer portion of the stationary mixer has a length of 30 to 230 mm. A mixing system can be provided that enhances the mixability of a polyol composition and a polyisocyanate composition in a stationary mixer and prevents curing in the stationary mixer.

The mixer receives individual component materials through inlet bores (50a, 50b) formed through the mixer. The component materials mix within a mix bore (52) of the mixer to form a plural component material that is emitted as a spray from an orifice (54) formed in the mixer.

摘要： A re-mixing dispenser for containing and dispensing a liquid. The dispenser may have one or more tubes, each containing a different liquid. At least one of the liquids may be re-mixed in situ, using a special two-piece plunger and plunger rod. A mixing piece of the two-piece plunger is moveable independently of a top piece and has blades that allow it to move through the liquid. A plunger rod is removably attached to the mixing piece and is operable to move the mixing piece up and down within the tube during mixing. The two plunger pieces are joined and moved as a single plunger during dispensing.

The multiple-chamber container further comprises at least one piercing element (50) for piercing the pierceable separating layer (40) in such a way that the first and the one other mixing component (B, H) mix in the first or the at least one other chamber (10, 20). The multiple-chamber container (1, 1*) is characterized in that the at least one other chamber (20) is coaxial to the first chamber (10), the separating layer (40) being partially formed in the separating wall (30). The piercing element (50) is hollow, in particular hollow-cylindrical, and has at least two longitudinally offset openings (51) for introducing either the first or the other mixing component (B, H) into the chamber (10, 20) of the respective other mixing component (H, B).

The dispenser includes a body and a fluid outlet. The cartridge houses the solid product and includes a fluid inlet and a solution outlet. The cartridge is removably connected at the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet of the dispenser. The cartridge is configured to receive fluid from the fluid outlet of the dispenser such that fluid contacts the solid product housed in the cartridge and dissolves at least a portion of the solid product forming the solution. The cartridge is also configured to output the solution at the solution outlet.
