    Abstract: A pump mechanism for a spray dispenser, comprising a piston assembly movable with respect to a housing between charged and initial positions. The piston assembly comprises liquid and gas seals, being movable boundaries of respective chambers whose volume is determined by the position of the seal relative to the housing. When the piston assembly moves toward the charged position, the volume of the liquid chamber increases to draw liquid into the liquid chamber and the changing volume of the gas chamber changes the pressure of gas in that chamber from its pressure when the piston assembly was in the initial position. This biases the piston assembly to return from the charged position toward the initial position, that return movement of the piston assembly pressurising the liquid in the liquid chamber for dispensing.

    Abstract: A hand pump for pumping out fluid from a reservoir, comprising a pump body, a faucet, a driving mechanism and a sealing arrangement. The pump body has at a side a connector defining a receptacle radially extending into a cavity of the pump body. The driving mechanism includes an axle inserted in the receptacle of the connector, a sealing sleeve mounted around the axle, a coupling cap axially secured to the sealing sleeve, and a L-shaped handle. The handle having at one end inserted through the coupling cap and the axle, and at the other hand extending outside the coupling cap. Operation of the handle in cyclically up and down motion drives the axle to rotate, which causes a piston in the cavity to move upward and downward so as to suck the fluid into the faucet. The sealing arrangement has at least three O-rings disposed among the parts of the driving mechanism to provide an effective seal between the driving mechanism and the pump body.

    Abstract: A sprayer for liquids (10) is disclosed with a trigger pump comprising a body (11) which can be applied to the mouth of a container and a liquid delivery nozzle, a pumping chamber (22) being formed in the body (11) which is in communication with the inside of the container and the delivery nozzle (16), through a one-way suction and delivery valve (30), a USD (Upside Down) device being provided rearward of said pumping chamber which allows operation of the sprayer in the upright and upside down position, consisting in a cylindrical chamber (40) closed at the top with a stopper (27) and having at its bottom a hole (44) in communication with said pumping chamber (22), shut off in the Up position by a ball (42) which, in the Down position, frees said hole (44) and slots (47) formed in the wall (46) of the chamber (40), putting the inside of the container into communication with the pumping chamber (42) through said slots (47) and said hole (44), said cylindrical chamber being slanted backwards so as to allow the operation of the sprayer also in horizontal position.

    Abstract: A trigger-type liquid dispenser includes a dispenser main body, pump, and nozzle. The body includes a fitted portion, which communicates with a delivery port. The nozzle includes a partition wall, which covers an opening end of the fitted portion and has a dispensing hole, and an outer circumferential wall. The nozzle is rotatable with respect to the fitted portion between an opened position, wherein the hole communicates with the port, and a closed position, wherein the hole is blocked. The outer circumferential wall includes a locking projection, in undercut engagement with a projecting portion, on an outer surface of the fitted portion, to hold the nozzle in engagement with the fitted portion. The locking projection, in an inner edge portion thereof, has a concave portion, wherein the degree of undercut engagement with the projecting portion is reduced when the nozzle is located between the opened and the closed position.

    Abstract: A trigger-type liquid ejector includes: an ejector main body; and nozzle member provided with an ejection hole. The ejector main body includes: a vertical supply pipe for sucking-up liquid; an ejection barrel communicating with the inside of the vertical supply pipe; and a trigger mechanism including a trigger, the trigger being arranged to be movable rearward in state of receiving forward force, and the trigger mechanism being lead liquid from the vertical supply pipe into the ejection barrel in accordance with rearward movement of the trigger and to eject the liquid from the ejection barrel. The nozzle member is provided with: a cylinder communicating with the inside of the ejection barrel through a supply hole; a plunger accommodated in the cylinder to be movable rearward in a state of receiving forward force; and a communication hole allowing the inside of the cylinder and ejection hole to communicate with each other.

    Abstract: A scraping cleaner can include a bottle, a sprayer mechanism, and at least one scraping edge. The bottle can have a body portion extending along a vertical axis from a base that is substantially flat to a top that defines a connecting portion. The body portion can be configured to receive and retain a liquid cleaning solution in a cavity. The sprayer mechanism can include a pump assembly. The pump assembly can have a pump and a lever. The lever can be pivotally engaged with the pump such that pivoting movement of the lever induces the pump to draw the liquid cleaning solution from the cavity. The scraping edge is integral with the body portion and is positioned at the base. The at least one scraping edge extends along a path in a plane that is transverse to the vertical axis.
