摘要: Provided are a large-size diesel exhaust valve and a manufacturing method thereof, which relate to the technical field of manufacturing of large-size diesel exhaust valves for ships. The large-size diesel exhaust valve includes an exhaust valve disc portion made of a 3J40 alloy, and the large-size diesel exhaust valve has the following microstructure: there are ultra-fine grains with a grain size of 10 grade or more, α-Cr lamellar phases are evenly distributed at grain boundaries of the ultra-fine grains, nickel-lean Cr—Al—Ce particle phases are evenly distributed in a matrix, a single lamella of the α-Cr lamellar phases has a thickness of less than 140 nm, and the nickel-lean Cr—Al—Ce particle phases have a diameter of less than 10 μm. The present application solves the technical problem of how to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties and the vibration-damping performance of a large-size diesel exhaust valve simultaneously.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of near-net-shape forged molding of the coupler knuckle of the railway vehicle. The present invention solves the problems that the manufacturing the forged coupler knuckle is difficult, and the process is complex, etc. The method of the present invention includes the following steps: material preparation, heating, blank prefabrication, pre-forging, closed-die forging, quenched-tempered heat treatment using waste heat, finish machining, flaw detection, etc. With the closed-die forging technology, the near-net-shape molding of the coupler knuckle can be achieved. The energy and the material are saved. The contour shape and the size do not need to be machined. The use ratio of the material can reach more than 92%. Moreover, during the entire molding, the workpiece is in the three-dimensionally stressed state all the time. The product has a dense texture, a high toughness, a good fatigue resistance, and a long lifetime.

摘要: A forged crankshaft manufacturing apparatus processes a forged blank with no flash. The forged blank includes at least one rough crank arm having an excess portion protruding from an outer periphery of a side portion thereof. The manufacturing apparatus includes a first die and a second die paired with each other, a retaining device, and a moving device. The first die and the second die bend or crash the excess portion. The retaining device retains at least one of the rough journals or at least one of the rough pins such that a rough pin decentering direction is perpendicular to a reducing direction in which the first die and the second die apply force for reduction. The moving device supports the retaining device such that the retaining device is movable in the reducing direction.

摘要: A method for producing a forged crankshaft includes a die forging step of forming a forged blank having a crankshaft shape by die forging, and a pressing step of pressing the forged blank by a first dies. The forged blank includes first excess portions attached to some or all of crank arms each incorporating a counterweight, each of the first excess portions protrudes from a side portion of the crank arm, in a region near a journal. In the pressing step, the first excess portions are deformed by the first dies such that each of the first excess portions bulges toward a pin. This facilitates the production of a forged crankshaft with a reduced weight and assured stiffness.

In the present invention, a material is processed by first forging so as to be shaped in a shape including a bottom which is formed in a substantially disk shape, and a peripheral wall which is inclined to a direction from a center of the bottom toward an outer periphery thereof, in a direction from the outer periphery of the bottom toward one side in a direction of a center axis of the bottom, the bottom of a first forged article obtained by the first forging is drilled, a drilled article obtained by the drilling is ring-rolled, a ring material obtained by the ring rolling is placed inside two molds, the ring material is then processed by second forging so as to be pressed by the two molds in a direction of a center axis of the ring material, and the ring molded article is thus produced.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a clipping tool for clipping flash from a component e.g. a gas turbine aerofoil body. The clipping tool includes a riser having a support surface for supporting the component and a punch for gripping the component on the support surface such that the flash projects laterally from the riser and the punch. The clipping tool further comprises a tool body having a clipping aperture opening to a channel within the tool body. The channel is defined by a channel wall. The riser and the punch are translatable to shear the projecting flash from the gripped component. At least a portion of the channel wall within the tool body comprises a broaching surface having at least one projection, said projection reducing the cross sectional area of the channel to less than that of the clipping aperture.

The manufacturing method of the material for ring rolling includes a step of heating a disk-shaped material for hot forging to a hot working temperature, a step of arranging the material for hot forging onto a lower die having a convex portion with a truncated conical shape, a step of forming a thin portion by pressing a center portion of the material for hot forging by using an upper die having a convex portion with a truncated conical shape, and a step of manufacturing a material for ring rolling by removing the thin portion wherein a center of gravity on a half section of the material for ring rolling is located so as to be closer to an outer peripheral surface of the half section than a center of the half section in a thickness direction of the half section.

摘要: The invention for working extruded profile sections with respect to the outer contours thereof by way of hot shaping and/or hot stamping and/or cutting operations and/or punching operations comprises the following method steps:—inserting the profile sections (1) heated to a temperature in the range of 250 to 450° C. into a two-part shaping tool (2) preheated to a temperature of 300 to 600° C.; and—applying pressure to the shaping tool (2) by way of one or more pressing cylinders (3) of a press (4). The device for carrying out the method comprises a press (4) and a shaping tool, wherein the shaping tool (2) is formed of two tool halves I, II, which are displaceable with respect to each other, and between which the profile section (1) is inserted.
