Abstract: The present disclosure provides, among other things, a method of managing contacts in a contact center, the method including: receiving a text-based communication from a customer of the contact center; analyzing the text-based communication to determine a relevancy associated with the text-based communication; based on the analysis, determining a relevancy level to assign to the text-based communication; tagging the text-based communication with a relevancy tag that identifies the determined relevancy level; updating a priority associated with assigning the text-based communication to an agent of the contact center based on the relevancy tag; assigning the text-based communication to the agent of the contact center; enabling a machine learning process to analyze a database of text-based communications; and updating a data model used to automatically tag text-based communications with relevancy tags based on the analysis performed by the machine learning process.

Abstract: A system for collecting and indexing data by associating a unique identifier (generated by and provided from an external computer system) with a data file. The data file is acquired from a user operated computer system. The system comprising a series of computers provided in signal communication with one another via a network. The data file could include data collected by a form provided by a website hosted by a web server. Additional data collected from other sources (stored as a record), such as a computer system operated by an agent, would be associated with the collected data file by an inquiry management company. The collected data and associated records are forwarded to a computer system that tracks online users/visitors. The process can marry computer collected data (other than the data file) about website activity with activities independent of the website.

The third-party company may receive a customer identifier from the first device and may request prediction data from the first company using the customer identifier. The third-party company may process the prediction data to predict a customer support request of the customer and generate user interface data corresponding to the predicted customer support request. The user interface data may be transmitted to the user interface before a customer support request from the customer is received.

Abstract: This application sets forth techniques for managing phone number-based user accounts. According to some embodiments, a server computing device can be configured to carry out the steps of (1) receiving, from a first client computing device, a request to create a user account based on a phone number, (2) in response to authenticating that the first client computing device is associated with the phone number: creating the user account based on the phone number, creating a hidden contact address based on the phone number, and assigning the hidden contact address to the user account, and (3) in response to receiving a notification that a second client computing device is associated with the phone number: requiring the user account to be updated to be based on a different phone number, or assigning, to the user account, a visible contact address based on the phone number.

Abstract: A system may receive an indication that a user is accessing an ATM, receive, from the ATM, average session duration data over a predetermined period, generate, using a machine learning model, a busyness score for the ATM based on the average session duration data over the predetermined period, and determine whether the busyness score for the ATM exceeds a busyness score threshold. When the busyness score for the ATM does not exceed the busyness score threshold, the system may cause the ATM to present, via a first graphical user interface, a default ATM experience. When the busyness score for the ATM exceeds the busyness score threshold, the system may cause the ATM to present via, a second graphical user interface, a busy ATM experience.

Abstract: A mobile application for integrating a location sharing event with a messaging platform such as a text messaging or email platform allows users to be prompted about location sharing when at least a part of the message includes location or time information. In one embodiment, the mobile application takes the form of an integrated location sharing application that parses the message to discern the relevant location or time information. The application may also provide a notification of a future event and may optionally generate a location sharing event based on the notification. In another embodiment, the application permits interactive route sharing between at least two computing devices.
