摘要: Provided is a heat-curable maleimide resin composition capable of yielding a cured product having excellent dielectric properties even in the high-frequency region, a low water absorption rate, and a high glass-transition temperature. The heat-curable maleimide resin composition contains: (A) two or more kinds of maleimide compound having at least one dimer acid frame-derived hydrocarbon group per molecule; and (B) a reaction initiator, wherein a cured product of the heat-curable maleimide resin composition has a dielectric tangent of not larger than 0.003 both at 10 GHz and 40 GHz.

摘要: In a first embodiment, the invention provides a composite fabric which contains a first fabric layer and a thin film. The first fabric layer has an upper and lower side and contains a plurality of synthetic polymer fibers. The synthetic polymer fibers contain at least 15% of bio-based carbon content as measured by ASTM D26866-20 Method B. The thin film is located on the lower side of the first fabric layer and contains at least 15% of biobased carbon content as measured by ASTM D26866-20 Method B. The thin film has an average weight of less than about 30 GSM and has an air permeability of less than about 1 CFM as measured by ASTM D737 @ 125 Pa.

摘要: This disclosure describes a reinforced thermosetting resin piping system that is protected from external impact and UV damage by an outer polyurea-based layer. The embodiments described herein can be favorably used for underground and aboveground applications. In some implementations, an RTR pipe includes a core layer that includes a resin and fibers, an outer layer that includes a polyurea-based layer, and an interface layer between the core layer and the outer layer. The methods described herein also outline the process of producing the pipe structure.
