    摘要: In a dielectric ceramic composition comprising: 100 mol % of an oxide of Ba, Ti and Zr; 0.25 to 1.5 mol % of an oxide of Re, Re representing one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Y; 0.1 to 0.4 mol % of an oxide of Mg; and 0.03 to 0.6 mol % of oxides of one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Mn, V and Cr, the content of the oxide of the Ba, Ti and Zr is calculated by assuming that the oxide thereof is Ba(Ti1−xZrx)O3; the contents of the oxides of the Re and Mg being calculated by assuming that the oxides thereof are Re2O3 and MgO, respectively; the contents of the oxides of the Mn, V and Cr being calculated by assuming that the oxides thereof are Mn2O3, V2O5 and Cr2O3, respectively. A ratio of Ba/(Ti1−xZrx) ranges from about 1.000 to about 1.010 and x in Ti1−xZrx ranges from about 0.05 to about 0.26.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a device having a crystalline oxide layer of complex compound which can form a crystalline thin film with high orientation. The lower electrode 13 comprises tantalum layer 11, titanate layer 12 and platinum layer 6, and PZT thin film 8 is formed on the lower electrode 13. Since titanate layer 12 is formed on the lower electrode 13, crystallinity of the PZT thin film can be improved. Therefore, the “lift-off” method can be used with to no thermal treatment needed when forming the platinum layer 6.

    摘要: Disclosed is a monolithic ceramic capacitor composed of plural dielectric ceramic layers made of a ceramic material comprising strontium titanate and bismuth oxide or the like, plural inner electrodes made of a base metal material comprising nickel or a nickel alloy, which are laminated via the dielectric ceramic layer to produce the electrostatic capacity of the capacitor, and outer electrodes as electrically connected with the inner electrodes. Each dielectric ceramic layer in the capacitor contains a reduction inhibitor, for example aMO+bMnO2+cB2O3+(100−a−b−c)SiO2 (where M is at least one of Mg, Sr, Ca and Ba; and a, b and c each are, in % by mol, 10≦a≦60, 5≦b≦20 and 20≦c≦35). In producing the capacitor, the laminate of dielectric ceramic layers may be fired in a neutral or reducing atmosphere without being reduced.
