摘要: Provided is a method for transmitting video signals, including: receiving an input video signal provided by a source, wherein the input video signal includes an image signal and a source timing signal; generating a pulse synchronization signal based on the source timing signal and an output frame rate, wherein the output frame rate is a frame rate of outputting the image signal to a display module, and a cycle of the pulse synchronization signal is an integer multiple of a cycle of the source timing signal, and is an integer multiple of a cycle corresponding to the output frame rate; generating an output timing signal based on the pulse synchronization signal; and transmitting an output video signal to the display module, wherein the output video signal includes the image signal and the output timing signal.

摘要: A control device includes: generation circuitry configured to output a field signal to a medical imaging device; first detection circuitry configured to detect a horizontal synchronization signal from video data output from the medical imaging device, the video data including at least the horizontal synchronization signal; and a monitoring circuitry configured to monitor whether or not an abnormality occurs in one frame period of the video data based on a period of the horizontal synchronization signal detected by the first detection circuitry for a predetermined n-th time after polarity of the field signal is switched.

摘要: Systems and methods are presented herein that facilitate temporally synchronizing, in real time, a separately sourced high quality audio segment of a live event with a video segment that is generated by a recording device associated with a member of the audience. An A-V Synchronization Application may synchronize a video segment of a live event that is generated from a personal electronic device of an audience member with a high quality audio segment that is separately sourced and generated by professional sound recording equipment at the live event. The result of the temporal synchronization is a high fidelity digital audio visual recording of the live event. In various, the audience member may stream, in real-time, the high fidelity digital audio visual recording to an additional electronic device at a different geo-location. In some examples, narrative audio segments may be also included as part of the high fidelity digital audio visual recording.

摘要: Systems and methods of adaptive streaming are discussed. Transcoded copies of a source stream may be aligned with one another such that the independently specified portions of each transcoded stream occur at the same locations within the content. These transcoded copies may be produced by one or more transcoders, whose outputs are synchronized by a delay adjuster. A fragmenter may use the synchronized and aligned streams to efficiently produce fragments suitable for use in adaptive streaming.

The audio and video communications apparatus includes: a transmitting unit and a receiving unit (106/108) transmitting and receiving audio and video via a network; a PTS correction timing determining unit (111) determining timing to update a correction amount of a PTS according to information of the audio or the video to be transmitted and received, the PTS being given to the received audio or the received video; a PTS correcting unit (112) correcting the PTS by updating the correction amount at the timing determined by the PTS correction timing determining unit (111); and an audio and video output unit (113) outputting the received audio and the received video corresponding to the corrected PTS found at a current time indicated by the audio and video communications apparatus.

摘要: In a coding system wherein an error correction/detect-ion coding is combined with a synchronization recovering technique using a synchronization code, the problems of a pseudo synchronization and a step out due to error detect-ion are solved. There is provided a coding part 212 for coding an input multiplexed code string 201 to an error correcting-/detecting code comprising an information bit and a check bit, and code string assembling part 213 for inserting a synchronization code into any one of a plurality of periodically predetermined synchronization code inserting positions in the code string 201, for arranging the information bit at an optional position in the code string, and for arranging the check bit at a position other than the synchronization code inserting positions in the code string 201 to assemble an output code string 205.
