Abstract: Techniques for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) processing for multiple transmission and reception point (multi-TRP) are disclosed. In some embodiments, determining PDSCH hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) processing timing may include determining that a user equipment (UE) is configured for single downlink control information (single-DCI) multi-TRP PDSCH operation, determining a first PDSCH and a second PDSCH within a slot, wherein the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH are used in the single-DCI multi-TRP PDSCH operation, and determining a minimum HARQ-ACK processing timing for the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH using one or more symbols of the first PDSCH or one or more symbols of both the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) comprising a processor configured to perform the operations that determines an uplink (UL) slot is described. In exemplary embodiments, the UE receives, from a base station, a scaling factor through a first Radio Resource Control (RRC) signal. The UE may further determines an offset through a second RRC signal. In addition, the UE may receive from the base station, downlink control information (DCI) that includes an indication of an initial time gap. Furthermore, the UE may calculate a new time gap by at least applying the scaling factor to the initial time gap and determine a slot of uplink transmission based on at least the new time gap and the offset.

Abstract: Enhanced channel state information (CSI) reporting may include encoding a CSI reporting configuration associated with a first transmission and reception point (TRP) and a second TRP. The CSI reporting configuration may include at least one codebook configuration. The at least one codebook may include at least one of a rank restriction configuration or a codebook subset restriction (CBSR) configuration. The at least one of the rank restriction configuration or the CBSR configuration may correspond to at least one of a particular type of TRP measurement, a particular TRP of the first TRP or the second TRP, or channel measurement resources (CMRs) associated with at least one of the first TRP or the second TRP. A CSI measurement communication received from a user equipment (UE) may be decoded. The CSI measurement communication may be based on the decoded CSI reporting configuration.

Abstract: PUCCH carrier switching includes decoding an RRC configuration that indicates a reference cell having a reference cell slot numerology. A reference cell slot is determined for PUCCH transmissions based on the reference cell slot numerology. The determined slot is used for transmission of an SR, CSI, or HARQ-ACK, A DCI indicating a candidate target PUCCH cell having a candidate target PUCCH cell slot numerology and a slot of the candidate target PUCCH cell is decoded. A target PUCCH cell having a target PUCCH cell slot numerology is determined for transmitting the SR, the CSI, or the HARQ-ACK. The determined slot is mapped to a corresponding slot of the target PUCCH cell. A PUCCH resource is determined for transmitting the SR, the CSI, or the HARQ-ACK using the corresponding slot of the target PUCCH cell. The PUCCH resource determination is based on a PUCCH configuration of the target PUCCH cell.

Abstract: A user equipment is configured to connect to a base station (BS) over a shared channel subject to channel access operations. The UE receives a first configuration for a BS-initiated fixed frame period (FFP) (BS-FFP) and a second configuration for a UE-initiated FFP (UE-FFP), determines that no downlink (DL) transmissions are detected during a predefined time of the BS-FFP and determines that at least one condition associated with an uplink (UL) transmission is satisfied. Abstract: A wireless communication device (UE) may provide information pertaining to one or more operating capabilities of the UE to LTE and 5G-NR networks. The UE may thereby provide assistance information to LTE and 5G-NR networks in a multi-radio-access-technology dual-connectivity setting to request the respective networks to adjust certain operating capabilities of the UE in order to alleviate one or more operating issues that may be affecting the UE.

Abstract: Systems and methods of a wireless communications system using signals not traditionally used for positioning purposes for positioning measurements in both uplink (UL) and downlink (DL) are described herein. A user equipment (UE) may generate a UE capability information message indicating one or more signal types that the LE can process for DL positioning measurements and/or that the UE can send for UL positioning measurements. The one or more signal types so indicated may include signals not traditionally used for positioning measurements. The UE may send, to the base station, the UE capability information message. The wireless communications system may then configure the base station and/or the UE to use such signal types with one or more positioning methods. In some embodiments, the base station may also indicate to the UE a subset of signals of an indicated type which should be processed for DL measurements/sent for UL measurements.
