Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of ensuring acceptance of a foodstuff to said cat by providing said foodstuff with specific macronutrient content parameters. The present invention provides a method of ensuring the acceptance of a foodstuff to a cat, the method comprising feeding to said cat, a foodstuff having a protein:energy ratio of from 40 to 60%, a carbohydrate:energy ratio of 25% or less and a fat:energy ratio of from 15 to 60%, wherein the energy ratios are based on the total energy content of the foodstuff.

Abstract: An illuminated sign includes a plurality of sections. Each section includes a mesh of conductors having illuminating pixels located at conductor intersections. The mesh is surrounded by a frame connected to the frame of another section. Once frame sections of the display are unfolded, the display can be supported by a structure attached to a car or other vehicle. A support structure for an illuminated display includes a base which is placed on the ground and over which the tire of a vehicle (e.g., a police car) is parked. Abstract: The present invention relates to novel classes of compounds of formula I which are caspase and TNF-alpha inhibitors. This invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds. Abstract: A method for bonding thermoplastic substrates is provided. A thin, porous, resistive heater is provided between layers of thermoplastic substrates to be bonded in the absence of an adhesive. The fabric heater is in intimate contact with the substrates at the joint by application of pressure. When the heater is energized, the thermoplastic material at the joint is melted or softened, and becomes uniformly distributed in the weld. After cooling, the fabric heater remains within the weld area and provides increased reinforcement to the weld bond.
