    摘要: A humidifier includes a water storage tank, and an air passage and a filtering device in the water storage tank; the filtering device has a hollow holding portion therein, and magnetic members held in the hollow holding portion, which will make metallic substances adhere to the hollow holding portion when water is flowing through the filtering device; the filtering device has an annular wall between the hollow holding portion and an outer wall thereof; the filtering device has a flow passage, which exists next to inner and outer sides of the annular wall, and which is stuffed with ion exchange resin for filtering out minerals; the filtering device having a water inlet on an outward edge of a lower end thereof, and a water outlet on an inward edge of the lower end; therefore, unfiltered water is prevented from flowing to the heater through the air passage.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an integrated circuit manufacturing method for producing a double-diffused metal-oxide-semiconductor (DMOS), which utilizes a removable spacer method with a self-aligned channel to manufacture an improved DMOS with a reduced parasitic capacitance, and a high-resistance DMOS for a high power application can thus be fabricated also. Via the present invention, a faster switch with more usable operating frequencies can be achieved.

    摘要: An electrostatic precipitator includes insertion rods, and first and second metallic boards, which are respectively provided for positive and negative charges to be deposited on, and equidistantly positioned one over another with the first boards being only adjacent to second boards; each board has first holes, second holes smaller than the first holes, and engaging teeth projecting inwards from edges of the second holes; the first holes of the first boards are aligned with corresponding second holes of the second boards while the second holes of the first boards are aligned with corresponding first holes of the second boards; the insertion rods are inserted through the holes from an uppermost one to a lowermost one of the boards; the insertion rods are away from edges of the first holes, and engage the engaging teeth so as to secure the boards in position.
