摘要: Disclosed is a side-assembly-type transmission mount, in which a powertrain-rotation-preventing unit is mounted to a case, which is coupled to the upper portion of a transmission bracket, thereby preventing a powertrain from falling when a bolt is fractured. The powertrain-rotation-preventing unit includes a rotation-preventing pipe configured to allow the bolt to be inserted therethrough and to have rotation-preventing protrusions protruding from the upper and lower portions thereof, first rotation-preventing recesses formed in a core so as to have shapes corresponding to the rotation-preventing protrusions on the rotation-preventing pipe, and second rotation-preventing recesses formed in a space formed in a transmission support bracket. The rotation-preventing protrusions on the rotation-preventing pipe are inserted into the first and second rotation-preventing recesses formed in the core and the transmission support bracket.

摘要: A high voltage battery for vehicles includes an anode tab that is divided into a first part placed near a battery cell and a second part placed near a terminal. A first part extension extends from the first part and is fixed to a lower pouch. A second part extension extends from the second part, comes into contact with the first part extension, and is fixed at an upper end thereof to an upper pouch. An cathode extension extends from a cathode tab and is spaced apart from the upper end of the second part extension. A cushion is interposed between the second part extension and the cathode extension, with a reference level of pressure formed in the cushion.

摘要: Disclosed is a solid electrolyte formed by coating an oxide-based lithium ion conductor on a sulfide-based compound. When an all-solid state battery is manufactured using the solid electrolyte of the present invention, interface resistance between the solid electrolyte and electrode materials may be reduced, and possibility of damage of a coated layer on a process of manufacturing the electrode such as pressing may be reduced, thereby improving output and life time of the battery. Further, storage and use may become easy because the solid electrolyte may be protected from moisture and oxygen in the air, thereby improving manufacturing efficiency of the battery.

In particular, contents of the electrolyte, the positive electrode material, and the conductive material are non-linearly changed from the electrolyte layer toward the metal current collector. Accordingly, as being closer to the electrolyte layer, ion conductivity is increased, and as being closer to the metal current collector, electron conductivity is increased, such that the electrochemical reactions may be actively performed in the entire internal portion of the positive electrode composite.

摘要: A system for controlling a battery to extend a driving mileage is provided. The system supplies a high voltage required to drive a motor by connecting a plurality of batteries in series by turning off a battery switching unit during engaged of an accelerator and balances voltage between the plurality of batteries. A voltage deviation is managed by connecting the plurality of batteries in parallel by turning on the battery switching unit when the accelerator is disengaged. The system includes a plurality of battery modules and a battery switching unit configured to connect the plurality of battery modules in parallel when an accelerator is disengaged and connect the plurality of battery modules in series when the accelerator is engaged. A motor driving unit is configured to receive an output by the battery switching unit when the accelerator is engaged.

摘要: A battery module is provided, including: a plurality of battery packs teach being provided with an anode terminal and a cathode terminal; a plurality of coupling units each having ends coupled to the anode terminal and the cathode terminal of an adjacent battery pack, respectively, to couple the plurality of battery packs in series; an operation unit that is provided on one end of the coupling unit and ascends in accordance with an increasing internal pressure of the battery pack to open a coupling between the one end of the coupling unit and the terminals of the battery pack by raising the one end of the coupling unit; and a bypass unit having one end disposed over the one end of the coupling unit and the other end coupled to the other end of an adjacent coupling unit to maintain the other battery packs coupled in series, except for the battery packs the internal pressures of which have increased, when the one end of the coupling unit ascends by the operation unit.

摘要: Disclosed are a separator for secondary batteries with enhanced stability and a method of manufacturing the separator. The separator can prevent self-discharge which may occur when a porous non-woven fabric material is used for a separator; can perform a shutdown function at a high temperature of 200° C. or less; and can avoid even under harsh conditions of high temperatures, deterioration in stability caused by internal short-circuit of positive and negative electrodes. In particular, the separator for secondary batteries of the present invention includes a porous non-woven fabric material impregnated with a baroplastic polymer powder and pores of the porous non-woven fabric material are filled with the baroplastic polymer powder by pressing an assembly of the secondary battery.

摘要: An improved, low porosity, solid electrolyte membrane and a method of manufacturing the solid electrolyte membrane are provided. The low porosity, solid electrolyte membrane significantly improves both mechanical strength and porosity of the membrane, inhibits the growth of lithium dendrites (Li dendrites), and thereby maintains and maximizes electrochemical stability of an all-solid-state battery. This is accomplished by wet-coating a sulfide or oxide solid electrolyte particle with a thermoplastic resin, or a mixture of the thermoplastic resin and a thermosetting resin, using a solvent to prepare a composite and hot-pressing the composite at a relatively low temperature and at a low pressure.
