    摘要: The present invention concerns an active-matrix addressed TFT substrate using a thin film transistor, a manufacturing method and an anodic oxidation method thereof, a liquid crystal display panel using the TFT substrate and a liquid crystal display equipment using the liquid crystal display panel and, more in particular, it relates to a structure and a manufacturing method which enables to improve the characteristics thereof. In the present invention, Cr or Ta is used for gate terminals, aluminum or a metal mainly composed of aluminum is used for gate bus-lines extended therefrom, gate electrodes and thin film capacitances (additional capacitance, storage capacitance) and an anodic oxidized film composed of the metal and free from defect is used for at least one of gate insulators, dielectric films of the thin film capacitances and interlayer insulation films for the intersections between the bus-lines. In a more preferred structure, the anodic oxidized film is used for all of the gate insulators, the dielectric films for the thin film capacitances and the interlayer insulation films for the intersections between the bus-lines.

    摘要: In the present invention, a portion of the outer surface of a wrapper of film unit with lens is previously constructed in a manner capable of being peeled therefrom. When the portion of the surface is removed, such as a photographic objective and a finder of the film unit with lens are exposed. Thus, photographing is possible in the state where the film unit with lens is covered with the wrapper, thereby the wrapping is efficiently used. In the present invention, peeling portion capable of being peeled may also be provided continuously through the front surface, the upper surface and the rear surface of the wrapper. When such peeling portion is peeled, the front surface of the peeling portion may be bent from the wrapper at a folding line, whereby a projecting piece may be inserted into between the peeling surface and a plane at the rear surface thereof. Thus, the peeling portion is not separated at the time of photographing and, after photographing, it may be easily pasted to its original state to be used as a protection cover thereof if an unexposed film still remains.

The control system further influences the change rate of the delivery pressure of the hydraulic pump with respect to the change in the displacement volume of the hydraulic pump, and determines a control gain (Ki) for the change rate of the displacement volume from the received value; and controls the displacement volume of the hydraulic pump in accordance with the control gain and the differential pressure deviation.
